WW4M Yes, that's the date DST gave us to expect delivery. The photos in the December 2007 issue of ToyFare (#124, page 22) seems to imply that all three sets shown don't come out until January 2008, but that doesn't apply to the BTTF.com exclusive 2-pack, which is still expected mid-November 2007. BTTF.com Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 I'll try to give you the "Cliff's Notes" summary of what's going on... We were told by Diamond Select Toys that the product finally shipped from China on November 15, which indeed it did. We were told to expect a two week delivery from China by boat. Since we are required to prepay such a large order to Diamond on all exclusive products prior to them shipping to us, we billed everyone's credit cards a week after they shipped starting on November 22 so that we could make our payment to them and everything would be all squared away so that the moment they arrived at Diamond, there'd be no delays in getting them to us. Well, two weeks turned into almost four weeks, and they finally arrived in the U.S. and cleared Customs on December 5. However, there's some unknown crazy problem in getting them off the boat and sent to the Diamond warehouse in Los Angeles to be shipped to us, but nobody at Diamond seems to know exactly what the hold-up is. Our rep gave us this this update on Friday (December 14): "I’ve received word that our warehouse staff in LA are doing everything in their power to get you this product ASAP, no real updates to speak of but your item is a #1 priority for Diamond and everyone is doing what they can to expedite getting it to you." We do expect delivery this week, and once they hit our doorstep, we will immediately ship all orders out -- working around the clock until all orders are all filled and shipped out. My sincere apologies to you all for the lengthy delay and inconvenience. We would have never billed our customers so early had we known that these delays would happen.
