I wasn't going to bid for it, but then I came up with thei great plan for bunches of 3" Minimates. The kind of plan that makes your wife roll her eyes at you when you try to explain it ... That has got to be the prettiest thing I have ever seen!!! I WISH I had that many extra mate pieces.........I'm gonna have to start keeping my eyes on Ebay for stuff like that. I have Marvel 19 & 20, BSG 4, ST 3, and a bunch of stuff that was on clearence due to arrive Wednesday or Thursday. I can't wait to open all of them! But I won Thunderbird and Rogue for 15 bucks each. And my now best friend was strolling through Target a awhile back and found the Dark Phoenix and blue suited Prof. X for 2 bucks!! He didn't even know I collected Minimates and said he just thought since he'd never seen "those kinds of toys before" he thought I'd appreciate them. That's what I call a friend..... I was doing my daily Ebay search and I came across the Supes & Darkseid Throne Room set for 4.99 + 6.00 shipping. I tried Googling to see the comparison pricing on it and only saw 24.99 and one for 15.00 bucks. So I'm guessing I got a good deal, right? Thanks! Reason I ask is because until recently I have been strictly Marvel Mates, and I am just getting into DC. All I really know is that they don't make C3 anymore. I got a World's Smallest Grimlock as well as MGS 1 and 3 Snake Kubricks from the current 20th anniversary line. On the same day, I also got the Boba Fett figure with the flame stand, that my GI Joe Duke now has on his JUMP Jet. This is all awesome stuff. Especially my mini-Grimlock.
