I never did quite get into the decal game. Not sure how good a decal would look slapped on such a rounded chest cap shape. Painted details (for me at least) is a safer bet. He's a combination of a minimate body (with Doc Brown head and sculpted cuffs), a Volstagg hair / beard piece (with a sculpted hat), a modified Moleman chest cap (with sculpted belt and fur trim), a modified armored Thor skirt (with sculpted fur trim) and re-painted Captain America boots.
