Polarboy
What is the official stance on this? I know we have been banging on about them for years, so have we gotten a no, wait and see, never say never or some other reasoning?
hellpop
We've gotten never say never, as we do with everything. Chuck's nothing if not consistent.
Shortysben
Havok/multiple man Polaris/multiple man Strong guy/random Shard/wolfsbane

Heinous
I'd buy all of those!
TheKrisLyons
I'd happily take this
Heinous
Wow, never seen that quicksilver outfit. That's terrible
CortherX
Havok/multiple man Polaris/multiple man Strong guy/random Shard/wolfsbane I'd say switch Wolfsbane with Random. That way you have the original 'all new all different' X-Factor in 3 sets, and the 2 newer members in the 4th.
TheKrisLyons
Wow, never seen that quicksilver outfit. That's terrible It's kind of the point lol
TENIME_art
WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!? Also, it should be: Havok/Polaris Strong Guy/Val Cooper (alternate parts to make Lila Cheney) 90s Wolfsbane/Multiple Man X-Force Wolfsbane/Multiple Man (because then the initial Kyle/Yost team is complete) Edited September 29, 2015 by TENIME_art
Polarboy
Wow, never seen that quicksilver outfit. That's terrible If memory serves correctly that outfit only lasted that panel, cause he then ran around and most of the excess straps pouches and what have you fell off. Nessex
Damn you for this thread! *grumblegrumblegetmyhopesupgrumble* also - i'd happily take a Multiple Man / Polaris pack with alternate parts to make Val cooper, opening up a another spot a villain like Exodus

That's terrible If memory serves correctly that outfit only lasted that panel, cause he then ran around and most of the excess straps pouches and what have you fell off. You are correct! He hated how much of a hindrance it all was. Nice jab at early 90's excess imo. However, after he strips all of it off, we were left with this-
hellpop
So put a Quicksilver head on an X-Factor Cyclops body, and you've got yourself a custom. Everybody knows how I feel about the X-Men, particularly from this era. That said... I was a big fan of the David/Stroman run, and would like to see this happen. I don't really understand why we are tormented subjected to all those X-Force sets while X-Factor just sits there. Of course, if we're choosing between this and the Milligan/Allred team, well, sorry to Strong Guy and company.
TheKrisLyons
My love affair with xfactor began when stroman was handling art duties as well. I dropped the title shortly after issue 100. Edited September 29, 2015 by TheKrisLyons
stack32
I think the main thing stopping X-Factor from getting made is a lack of Cable. And Wolverine.
Mysterious Stranger
I think the main thing stopping X-Factor from getting made is a lack of Cable. And Wolverine. Your X-Factor needs more Iron Man. Honestly I think its on DSTs big whiteboard of things to make (I like to imagine they have a big whiteboard in the office with all of the ideas for Minimates) but there are so many other things that are in "the now" that push classics like this down the list. But I wouldn't write it off either. I never thought a set like Wave 60 would be popular enough to get made (a bunch of characters in the same uniform? BORING!) but it was a hit. So never say never. And keep Asking DST!
stack32
Can you imagine what that whiteboard would look like? I'm guessing it would mostly be X-Men.
