My minimate dioramas!

Recommended Posts

Hi MMMV!

I'm pretty new here. Lurked for a bit and only posted a handful of times since registering, but I am going to make an effort to be a productive member of this community. For those that may already know me (via facebook or instagram), I make dioramas for action figures. I really like making minimate scale "dios" as well. Most are made at request for commission, and some just for fun. I'd like to share some here with you today.

Two questions - First, got a link to your facebook and instagram pages?

Second, have you done a TMNT style sewer dio? That's something I'd definitely be interested in talking to you about getting for myself.

Thanks so much for the kind words everyone. I really have a blast making these.

My instagram is @thekrislyons and i can also be found as kris lyons on fb. I'm a member of both the mmmv and minimatemobb fb groups as well. As far as sewer dios are concerned, I've made one in 6 inch scale, but one for tmnt minimates wouldn't be too difficult.

Take those outside in natural sunlight and shoot them. They'll look even awesomer! Obviously you're having too much fun.

That's fascinating, and I love the amount of detail you pour into these pieces. It's stellar work, for sure

That's gonna look even better once it's populated. Thanks for sharing! How much does that thing weigh?

Thanks everyone!

@MisterPL- I'm not sure if the exact weight (won't know til it ships), but since it's made of primarily foam, it doesn't weigh much at all.
