luckycreature
I used to work for B & N. Still have a great friend who works there. She just sent me a picture of a box of minimates in their recieving room. Picture she sent is side of packages still in box, see Thor, Sabertooth, green goblin, and thing. Zach, is this a mis ship by Diamond or do we have a new national retailer for Minimates? Hoping for the latter because it gives me an excuse to visit Barnes & Noble. luckycreature
Hmm. its the best of wave from last year. Wonder if this is just a one time shipment to select stores to clear inventory. Cant hurt the line though.
hellpop
I've seen Halo there, and I think I've seen some Walking Dead. Certainly not a lot, though. It would be awesome if B&N would get in on the Minimate game.

youbastards
Most likely a third party (Entertainment Earth, SciFi Genre, etc) has a distribution deal with B&N similar to how Toys R Us and Wal-Mart sell specialty products on their websites. Cool that it is in-store though. If I'm wrong, and it is a direct partnership with Diamond, then even better.
DSTZach
I know we regularly talk to B&N buyers, so I can't imagine they would order Minimates from a reseller. They are carrying our Select figures, I've seen pictures, so I can only assume they are ordering them from us.
luckycreature
She confirms Price point of 9.99 a pack. Not great but if you were looking for that series could be a good place to track them down. I'm going to check the local Barnes & Noble tomorrow, i'll report on what I find. DSTZach
That's the SRP for all Minimates two-packs. TRU has their own pricing structure, but otherwise, $9.99 is what we base our wholesale pricing on.
