Donny B
Irish acting legend Peter O'Toole, probably best known to most from his lead performance Lawrence of Arabia, passed away Saturday from a long illness at Wellington Hospital.I don't know about the rest of you, but I have fond memories of many of O'Toole performances. He pulled off everything from hero to biblical role model to sympathetic villain, and he made it believable.Rest in Peace, sir.
TM2 Dinobot
No to be disrespectful, but I didn't even know he was still alive.
Nessex
I heard this yesterday. It's sad news indeed. The man was a very fine actor. Goodbye, Mr Chips.

buttheadsmate
Very sad news , anybody who has seen Lawrence of Arabia will know what a fantastic actor he was. Lawrence of Arabia is a 'must see' movie , the film goes some way to explain the mess that we have come to know as the 'Middle East' . MiniFiend UK
Lawrence is a great film but I would go with Mr Chips as a personal fav and Venus is worth checking out as well. RIP
Molybdenum Man
He was a great villain in "Night of the Generals" I loved him in "My Favorite Year" - in my 20s, I was understandably fascinated with the concept of the drunk suit.
