Stretch Punch Mr. Fantastic neck issue

I am wondering if any of you have a trick for safely removing "Stretch Punch" Mr. Fantastic's head from his long neck. I am now on my second figure as in trying to remove it the first time it ripped the neck joint clean off the neck. Any help would be appreciated.

Stick it in the freezer for 15 minutes and see if it comes off any easier. Or, take the opposite approach and put it in boiling water for a few minutes and see if it comes off. But don't try to force it.

I didn't have issues but I remember reading soaking it in hot warm did the trick. Anybody confirm?

Yeah, I just super glued it back on and went on with my business.

Use the hot water trick. Freezing works for tight joints, but I've been through a few of these and it's not a tight joint issue, the paint from the joint sticks inside the head. I've boiled three of these so far and none have broken. Good luck.

Luckily, I purchased a custom case from Luke so I had three Mr. Fantastic's. Two of the Mr. Fantastic's were fine, but one of them did the same thing as yours, so you were not alone.
