Meet MAXX Punch!

cmzpPWV.png

MAXX Punch stemmed from a basic idea: If superheroes were real, they'd be treated like celebrities right? This treatment would then include the inevitable non-stop paparazzi, endless scandals, sex tapes, appearances on the front pages of tabloids, etc. So Punch is essentially the Charlie Sheen of superheroes. :D

Enter - the Red Target!

rdtrgt_six.jpg

After its economy collapsed, the town of Obsidian became good for just one thing - becoming the home for every gangster and cutthroat in the state. No one was safe from their lawless rampage. Many innocents were left victimized or dead. Then one man said enough and struck back - and the Red Target was born!

His face and history unknown even to this day, the Red Target waged a one-man war against crime in Obsidian. Striking from the shadows, he surprised the criminals in their hideouts and gambling dens with brutal, efficient raids. He preferred to leave them alive to answer to the law, but did not hesitate to use his gun when left with no choice.

He wore the target as a message. He would often tell the criminals he captured that they should have left innocent people alone. That they should have gone after him instead. He wore the target to taunt them. A man walking around with a bulls-eye on his chest, taking them down one by one - and they never stopped him.

Great work, everyone! Here's my hat in the ring:

--------

There was another.

The time of the great heroes of antiquity was long past, but the memory of greatest of them – Perseus, son of Zeus – stood above the rest. Blessed by his father with the power to fight immortal threats to his people, Perseus was a mortal man, but with gifts no other mortal had; gifts that allowed him to do battle with gods. All knew of Perseus' favor with his father, and Zeus' jealous enemies tirelessly worked to snuff out this upstart spark of godhood among men.

What those enemies did not know was that Perseus had a sister.

Clea was hidden from the world in the same way Perseus was when he was born, but she was never revealed as a champion of Zeus like her brother. And so Zeus' divine gift was not lost when Perseus eventually passed from the earth, but was instead secretly carried through the ages. The children and grandchildren of the line carried the secret spark until the time when a new champion was needed. And now, in a time of suffering and strife in the world, the need has arisen, and the last scion of Zeus is reborn:

Clea, The Golden Goddess

Clea is a powerful sorceress, channelling the lightning of Zeus for powerful magical attacks

When it comes time to do battle, Clea can summon Zeus' golden armor and a sword of lightning to dispatch otherworldly foes.

My second hero before I ship these to TM2.

"Limb"

Highly trained mercenary Rex Ghost was one of the world's best soldiers. Until a helicopter crash left him without his arms and left leg. Itching to get back into the field, Ghost signed up for a top secret experimental program which promised to return his limbs. The tech that was surgically implanted into his nerve endings creates a mix of air pressure and gravity manipulated limbs that allow Ghost super-human strength and stamina. Calling himself "Limb" he uses his new gifts to become one of the most dangerous anti-heroes of all time!
