buttheadsmate Posted February 13, 2012 Share Posted February 13, 2012 Thankyou for your good wishes I celebrated (early) Saturday night & had a rare ol'time with some friends of mine & our wives & GFs. I 'celebrated' today in a wet muddy field replacing some fencing before the stock goes back in . It's weird that whenever I get involved with barbed wire I start thinking of those poor guys in their trenches in the First World War .It's bad enough working with the shitty stuff in muddy conditions on a farm .....imagine trying to get through masses of the stuff whilst you're being machine-gunned !
