MINI_MYTE
Just thought I'd start a thread for this. If you have any cool pics of yourself or family members in costume, let's see 'em! Gotta cool jack-o-lantern? Share that too. I'm heading out with my nephews in a few minutes to deprive the neighbors of their candy. I will post our pics a little later after we get back. Have a safe and happy Halloween all.
blacksun1520
Well, my little ones haven't been able to go trick or treating yet thanks to the 18 inches of snow we got on Saturday night. But I'll try to get some pics up once we get our electricity back on.

MINI_MYTE
Here we go. First up is my wife Jenn and me at our friends Halloween party a few weeks back. I took home the prize for scariest costume. Zombies are always fun. Next up is a group shot of the boys and me before we hit up the houses for sugary goods. Me in the back as Jason Voorhees, my nephew Ryan as Batman, his pal Noah as a ghost and my other nephew Callan as a zombie (or as he put it, "an undead bloody skeleton that got run over but didn't die".) Kids , gotta love 'em. Edited November 1, 2011 by MINI_MYTE

Bob Harris
I had the best Halloween ever! My LCS guy had the idea to do a no-budget zombie short film on Halloween weekend so he asked who'd volunteer as a zombie. About 30 of his loyal costomers loved to do so and things got serious. A friend of him is a trash-film maker (won best international horror movie at New York Independent Film Fest 2010) and he wanted to shoot this little thingy. There's no real plot (who cares, right?) other than a couple get attacked by the walking dead in a small inner city park and they run for their lives (a guy who tries to help them gets eaten) and when they get surrounded by a zombie horde they make it into the comic shop. The CBG distracts the zombies by handing out free comic books (The Walking Dead) but eventually turns into a zombie, too and the whole horde enters the shop and feasts. End. Filming this was a blast! The make-up team did a great job and the whole bunch of people walking around as zombies caught the attention of a lot of people walking by. (Some were scared, some ignored us, but most were really amused and kept watching. Even a polcie car stopped and the officers took pictures with their cell phone.) Great, great fun. As I said, this is just a next-to-nothing-budget production and it was all about the fun we had. I'll gladly sow you the video when post-production is finished. Here's a pic, but you can view a few more over at my blog. (It's in German and you won't understand a thing, but I'm sure you're able to click through those pics. ) (I'm the one on the right with the grey shirt reading a comic.) Mirymate
It was45 degree last night, and raining a lite, steady miserable rain. My youngest flatly refused to let me take him to the mall for trick or treat, saying he wanted to ToT outside "like yur icksposted to!" And so, we went. After an hour or so of touring the nieghborhood, I escorted my very damp Ninja and Spidey home. They had fun, and at the end of the night that's what matters. Lurch77
My kids were Harry and Hermione. I couldn't find our umbrella so we got soaked and we didn't last long in the cold either. My jack-o-lantern ended up looking more like a water fountain  But we had fun!

Turtle
Looks like everyone had a good time! Here's my wife as Zatanna and a friend of ours as Lady Super Ray (from Bored to Death) at a super hero costume party a couple weeks ago. It was a fun party. I went as the Multiple Man, but apparently no photographic proof exists. Last night we went trick-or-treating with a good little group. Mine is the ghost (he absolutely refused to put on any costume. The best we could do was the ol' sheet trick, and that only just barely) sitting in Iron Man's lap. My nephew Porter loves Iron Man, and since he started wearing this costume around a few weeks ago, my son has come to believe that his cousin actually is Iron Man. And, oh, the pumpkin carving. Mini_myte, you know I love this part. Self-pumpkin-portrait: Pumpkin train: I've definitely got some ideas for next years pumpkins.
Docholliday666
HI GUYS! I haven't been here in a while, but I thought I'd show my oldest son Shawn's costume We actually ordered it from the UK for him.
MINI_MYTE
Docholliday666's kid wins best costume IMO. @ Turtle: You know I appreciate a man who proudly carve his own image into a pumpkin. You have the knack for it (unlike me). My jack-o-lanterns never look like me, but they sure do act like me.
