The Geohound
Good lord. Did you trade your soul for sculpting prowess or something man? That Kaine is incredible.
MINI_MYTE
Kaine is just amazing. I love how your customs differ from everybody else's as they all look like pristine sculptures.

hellpop
Kaine is just amazing. I love how your customs differ from everybody else's as they all look like pristine sculptures. Quoted for truth! Yeah, I think, of all of us customizers, you've definitely got the most unique style. Kaine's not even a character I like, but I love this custom. BTW, are you still selling those customs linked in your sig?
Squall
@hellpop: They are made to order customs. PM me if you're interested.

Squall
My camera lens got broken and I'm still bitter to even do my usual photo setup... so I'm taking these pictures straight from my desk. Boy, this guy took a while to make! Doomsday Base figure is a Minimates Kilowog. I'm not satisfied with the mouth drawing though, He needs to look more menacing... I'm planning to change it later. He's posted on my For Sale thread if anyone is interested. Edited March 24, 2012 by Squall
Lobsterman
Man, that is nice looking! Did you sculpt all of that or are those actual rocks? If sculpted, my hat's off to you, sir!
MiniFiend UK
They look like real pebbles/stones but I'm guessing they are sculpted as I would think it would be hard to come across enough real shaped pebbles to get the look. Real nice work and exceptional paint application/shading on the spikes
undeadpool
ME WANT!!! could you link me to your for sale thread? i cant seem to find it Edited March 24, 2012 by undeadpool
boyd
Very nice! Love the detail and painting on Doomsday's spikes.
Squall
Thanks guys. Yup, the spikes were sculpted.
jcastick
That is a stunning figure!!
TENIME_art
That is the first Doomsday period that I've liked. All the official figures make it look like he's got a spiky shelf on his shoulders, but yours actually looks like they're coming out of him. MINI_MYTE
Again you blow my mind with outstanding details. Fantastic Doomsday.
Squall
It's a relief that my lens still works after being repaired. Doomsday
Jeff
WOW. That looks better than the 6 inch figures. You've raised the bar for DST.
jcastick
Those pics are spectacular! What did you use for the spikes and shards? They kind of look like they came from an older Ice Armour Iceman figure I once saw.
undeadpool
that looks amazing!! love the detail!!! could you take pics of it next to a normal mate? that way we could see how hulking he is also, how much do you plan to sell him for?
Squall
@ undeadpool: I forgot to take pictures of him with a normal mate. He's made from a Kilowog figure which is around 2.5" i think. Sorry, he's already sold though.
Squall
finished one commission, yay! Thor
Fujis
Unbelievable. Your sculpting skills are second to none! Not to mention your photography!
undeadpool
i love your style! you make all your work very photogenic and it just looks like it lept off the page and transformed into a minimate! you break down boundries (thors cap and skirt) and all your sculpting looks perfect! keep up the good work
Mirymate
Dear lord... We have many talented customizers on this board. But your sculpting sets you apart from the pack. As much as I wish mass production mates matched your level of sculpting, I shudder to think what they'd cost.
