I just wanted to also jump in here and say having worked in toys the past 16 yrs, this is the most honest and open line of communication I have seen in the industry. I think we all know, like stated above, we are in a niche of a niche with the Minimates line, and no line has really run this long in the same style. With the decrease in comic shops, and those not carrying as much toys, at least in CT, I understand this line is not the force it once was, so everything we get I am just happy to have. I know it is frustrating when we miss out on things, or they are harder to get but the perspective I have had is think about what people overseas feel about how easy, normally, it is for us to get a hold of things. I think there is a little space and actual perspective needed here, bc we don't get this level of access and transparency with lines like Marvel Legends or McFarlane.

I am ok with the Quantum Suits to be honest. Giving us the final battle would have meant spoilers galore for anyone who got the figures. Not to mention DST was able to get both the Walgreens wave (sort of) and the 4 pack out in time for the film. I get that we all want those other looks, but as long as we are still getting movie Minimates there is a chance, especially for Thor. The Q suits were unique to the film and something that did not give anything away so I'm ok with them, and happy they got them out so quick. And Honestly Zach is right about retailers not wanting them later even if we do. I have a hard enough time getting Minimates at comic shops in CT, my stores will order boxsets for me but not 2 packs, so I know they would never get them so far after the fact. We are such a niche market, that is dwindling by the year, I am just enjoying the ride while we can.

I like keeping my Minimates organized, so for me I don't have any spare parts to mix and match. And that suit reminds me of the early days in comics for him so looked good. It had a very retro feel to it.

My First Vinimate and I'm ready for more.

Found them at Waterbury, CT Toys R Us tonight got one of each of the exclusives and left the rest.

Hi Guys. New to the board and collecting minimates. I run Kastor's Korner and got into the line thanks to the kindness of DTS. They got me hooked and in 3 months i have amassed an incredible amount of figures. I live in CT and have cleaned out a lot of the local shops and thanks to TRU stocked up on older waves because to the recent sale. If anyone else is in CT let me know I'm always up for a trade, but I'm don't have many MM doubles yet, only buying what i don't have, which is about everything.

I can't find them in comics shops around me in CT. I called about 6 today to see who got them and none ordered this wave. Just getting into Minimates in the last two months when ever I went to the local shops they all said yes we have them and get new ones in when they come out, when I called they all were surprised and had no idea they were coming out. It was just frustrating since they all seemed to invite me back to get new stuff some even said to me glad to see another collector of the line come back we will be getting all the new sets. But they have not had anything new in the last 2 months. Luckily Luke has them so I put in my order and should have my set by Monday.

Thanks guys! I have been posting a few on Instagram, and got hooked after Zach sent over some review sample for my website. So now I find my desk always covered in these guys.
