  1. What did you use for the helmet?I think it's an altered Dreadnaught head.
  2. Well, if you go by some of the "mythology" from the graphic novels, each Clan tends to wear similar armor, so yes, you would have many Preds looking the same (or similar). The movies were not like this. In Predator 2, we see a group of Preds on a hunting trip and most of the armor and all of the helmets were different.Even in K80s images, you can see similarities in the armors. Worst case scenario, you'll end up having to switch up the armor between the different color pallets of the figures.
  3. I've thought about it, but haven't really pushed myself to do it.
  4. Let me just say that these look fantastic! I really like the whole 'Legacy' line up where it isn't just characters from the first Lredator, but it's a series of Predators from different films of the series as well as other humans from the different films. I can't wait to get my first predator and have him hunt down a ruthless Xenomorph!
  5. Hello Steve! Glad to have another member on the board to discuss with!
  6. I'll be honest, that kinda makes me really upset.
  7. We could honestly get box set upon box set upon box set of different outfits that David Bowie and Michael Jackson have worn.
  8. Lew Zealand will always be my favorite Muppet. I just love his outfit, his voice and his overall character.
  9. I don't think those are being produced anymore, they're just in large supply.
  10. What is the relevance of FrankenThumb to Minimate possibilities at Walgreens?
  11. I still don't even know how that happened
  12. Haven't noticed this thread until now. I should be at every event that DST puts out this year. Zach, expect me to be hanging out at the booth talking 'mates again!
  13. Seconded. I though he gave a certain life to all the characters in that run that wasn't really there before.
  14. It's not blind bags. It's not build-a-figure. It is "all new versions of existing characters." I like your lineup, Kostis, but I don't see how it would represent anything significantly different from what DST has offered in the past. (Now give me a Moonknight TTA box set!) Have single packs been shot down yet? That would make sense for something they've never done for Toys R Us.
  15. Should we post the review just on this thread or a link to a page with the review on it
  16. I do enjoy reviewing and would love to see if I can play my hand into this. The set I'll review is the Vision/Quicksilver from TRU 19.
  17. This is all I was trying to get across. The old stuff was easy to follow and made the Marvel universe a community. Now with all of the new reboots and relaunches of character, teams, and new visions of old stories, I find it unecesary. That is all I wanted to say, I understand I did it in ways that upset people, but I stick to my opinion.
  18. I'd actually recommend using Ken from the STFX line. You just need different legs and hands.
  19. In the past three years, I think that Marvel had really screwed itself over. First, they revamp their entire line to appeal to new readers as Marvel NOW! Then they decide that maybe some heroes should be villains should be heroes and heroes should be villains in Axis. And to put icing on the cake, the 616 universe doesn't even exist anymore. Thanks to the third installment of Marvel trying to get action figures distributed, oh I'm sorry, Secret Wars. Despite all of their, the thing I'm most angry about is the fact that Marvel has been switching their continuity to be more in line with the MCU which I think is idiotic. It's a different universe for a reason! Comic book movies aren't supposed to be shot-for-shot copies of the stories they stem from, they change a few things so the average movie goer can comprehend their complex themes without having to read years worth of backstory to a character. I don't know, maybe I'm just pointlessly ranting. I just miss the days when a new issue came out, you would get excited to what the next step in a character's development, not worrying about how much more your favorite heroes will get altered for the benefit of the company. I honestly feel that the age of Marvel ended when Age of Ultron did in 2013. I hope that you all can understand my rage and either agree or respectively disagree.
  20. Take a look at the bare chest tag on the database. Link: http://www.minimatedatabase.com/searchTag.php?tag=39
  21. What about the AOU Toys R Us assortment? Could that be what he's referring too?
  22. Has there been any discussion on how Forge's artificial leg is being handled? Will it be printed in an extra leg or an extra slip on piece for the thigh?
