I am super jealous of things I see in this thread. Some of you may be in trouble though because this is a picture of the guys at Hot Toys unpacking The Bat.

I have no interest in seeing this movie but I have a friend who writes for www.thehdroom.com that saw it at SXSW and they used part of his review in the TV spots, which was kind of cool.

Isn't it strange how relative time is. On January 8th I started at the police academy and I remember thinking about how far away March 22nd was and how I couldn't wait for it to be over. Yesterday was graduation and it flew by. Some parts seemed much longer than others, especially the early morning 2.5 mile runs, but for the first time in my life I feel like I accomplished something. This board was important to me through all of this, every day I would take a few minutes and read over the board just as a way to decompress. So thank you all.

I really like The Nerdist Podcast. They usually keep it to about an hour and have had many great guests.

Say the word and I could probably wrangle 2 or 3 of them for you. It's more of a hodge lodge aisle the Nick figures are to the immediate right of the WWE figures. To the right of the Minimates are the adult collector stuff (Neca, DST, Macfarlane Sports Picks, etc.) then to top it all off there is the Angry Birds stuff.

Here is the Minimates section from my TRU. As you'll notice most of the pegs are clogged. I am almost the only person that buys them. It is a blessing and a curse.

I love the colors on the TRU versions! They should have just adopted that color scheme for the LCS versions too.

I have recently read four if the Jack Reacher books. They aren't Shakespeare but are an easy and fun read.

You know there are more than a few threads on this board with people saying how awesome the community here is but the behavior that some of you have displayed in this thread is sad. You don't have to be in love with every license if something isn't your up of tea don't buy it. I guarantee that what ever the mystery license is wont sink DST if you don't buy it. The way that Zach has been treated by some of you in this thread is abhorrent. Do you guys realize how fortunate we are that someone that is involved in the creation of the product that we all love is a member here? Zach I cannot thank you enough for all that you bring to the board. The package shots, updates on when things are shipping, and information in general are much appreciated.

I think that Disney mates could be really cool. My only hope is that we would not be inundated with them. If it is to become an on going license I would like for them to come out with like two sets a year. Sort of like they did with the Universal Monsters.

I bought an Xbox 360 yesterday with intentions of using it primarily as a media server. Today I got Halo 4 out of the Redbox and shit if its not amazing.

Well I went by TRU today and was shocked to see these. My TRU didn't get a bit of Series 1. Here are some pictures of the exclusives. Kuma is the star of this wave by a mile. Hugo Heihachi I love the way that DST did the hair for Heihachi. Now Rocky has a Tiger Buddy Rolento Kuma The head is a mask type and not one piece like Vorin. I think that both "hands" are the same piece because of the central placement of the "thumb". The "hand" pieces are a bear (pun intended) to get off so be careful. Speaking of Vorin. According to this article on /Film the role of Star-Lord has been narrowed to either Zachary Levi or Jim Sturgess. Of the two I would prefer Sturgess. I think that Levi is perfectly cast as Fandral and think that Sturgess is the better actor. Given the list of names that they have been throwing around I was really hoping that it would be Joel Edgerton, maybe after Zero Dark Thirty comes out they reconsider.

My tru didn't get series 1 until a month after everyone else I happened to stop by there today and they had series 2 so I bought them. I'll post pics later.
