That would look really disproportionate. Thor doesn't have a super muscled physique or anything, he's just big all over. Big arms would look really, really off.

THose arms look preeeeeettttty big to me. Wolvie's always crouching so that doesn't bother me as much.

Can they change the LCS line-up? or.... they've been solicited, so there's no going back?

If pre-orders for the current assortment warrant it, DST could certainly replace figures with whatever has been approved and is ready for production. I doubt retailers and consumers would have much trouble with having characters that look cooler than Selvig and Darcy (and another Loki, for that matter). That said, one of the reasons I love Minimates is because they offer characters like Darcy at all.

I know Loki's a big deal (my daughter's got a huge crush on him) so maybe it's time for DST to consider doing a "Best of" series for Marvel movies. That would allow new collectors to play catch-up on repeat supporting characters while freeing up space in movie assortments for cool, new ones. (Terrible idea, I know. Just spit-ballin'.)

I took it from Zach that this is it, game, set, and match. Also they said that they only have the licenses for movies for a year so I don't know how a Best of would work.

And to the alternate timeline/dimension question... No matter WHAT a writer says, every alternate timeline has the potential to be an alternate dimension. The only deciding factor, really, is whether or not it ever gets revisited.

The ONE exception I can think of is House of M. It wasn't a different course of events/different timeline/whatever. The fabric of reality was rewritten, then re-rewritten. I believe at all times, that was the 616

Now, here's a question. The reality we read started off as the 616. Alternate realities are created as a result of time travel, 99% of the time. So... After the Avengers pulled young Tony Stark forward through time, after Rachel Grey appeared from the future, and after Beast brought the original X-Men forward... Is this STILL the 616?

Crap... I wish I knew how to do spoilers in the meantime I will vaguely answer that is a question I think Marvel is getting to answer.

Thanks Sersi is just an AOA Jean in her chest and croth with a sharpie to fill in the chesticles. Black legs that are sporting Thor boots painted red. Captain America Avengers Team jacket. Jean Grey face and then Aurora hair. I'm not that great of a customizer so I work with easy parts and less painting.

I'm thrilled to get another absorbing man. I haven't complained yet, but...truly...I could do without the extra wolverine. I'm going to have a bucket full this year. Ultron does look fantastic, though. I love the gold color. What's our estimated release date?

Are there any good jackets to make Secret Wars punk Storm look like she's wear a good biker/leather jacket? I don't like how it looks on her as a tampo, so I was hoping to see if there were good alternatives.

So I had the pieces lying around and here is how Storm looks with that Jacket on. The issue is the choker doesn't let the head completely connect with the piece so it kinda floats there. Also, standing next to Storm is Sersi from her Avengers/Ultraforce glory days. Still looking for the right belt piece for her.

Nobody wants the Wrecking Crew more than me, but it's a tough sell -- four B- and C-list dudes either eat up an assortment or make up a 4-pack with a very limited appeal. And Thor's rogues will always come in second to Spidey's as far a recognizably goes. And FYI, TRU 12 came out in November, so...

I can totally understand that. I didn't know the characters myself until someone here started campaigning for them. Since then, i've read them a little in Runaways.

A box set is probably too hard a sell.... but it'd be great if we could maybe have them slipped into a few waves. They don't need to all come at once. Scattering them throughout a few assortments would probably make sense from your end... so long as they don't end up like FA Beast. LOL

I do like the idea that Marvel Legends is doing where they had two of the figures share a slot Pile Driver/Bulldozer and then we just need three slots total.

If it's Age of Ultron then DST will have saved me a lot money with the last few box set announcements.

Same thing people said about the Thunderbolts set. And that seemed to change alot of opinions when it was shown. Personally, I will take a more wait and see approach. Even if it is Age of Ultron, it'd pretty friggin sweet to have an Angela minimate.

That's the rub. I know I am going to buy the set regardless because it is good for scraps but that doesn't mean I have to like it. I'll be annoyed if Angela gets a mate before mainstays of the Marvel U.

So I just finished off Val and now have my complete Richards Family unit.

I tried an Alice hair piece on her to see if that would give her more of a feminine touch but that didn't work for me. For some reason the pink legs popped into my head. I am not 100% convinced but for now am happy.

I am all for this. Even a Hellfire Club 4 pack would work with Shaw, Leland, Pierce and sewer Wolverine. Yes, I am that desperate for this pack.

Wave 50 is full of new characters! Wave 51 has Shanna, Maria Hill, Fury Jr., a Reaper, I mean I don't get what your referring to...

I'm referring to exactly what stack and xexion just said really. I know we are getting some great new characters in 50 and 51 but they are imminent (I hope!) and after that we currently have very few if any new characters (and certainly classic ones) announced to look forward to. Plus we have known about 50 in particular and 51 for a long time now, hence my point that it seems ages since any new character announcements.

Like I said I appreciate that many of the sets that have been announced lately are very popular with board members, they just haven't been ones that appeal to me personally. But as we know you can't please all the people all the time.

I think that is the trick of press releases. Say something too soon and we are bored when the date arrives. Plus weren't these waves held? I feel your pain about not getting characters that you want/are clamoring for. I know that every character is someone's favorite but it is tough when I know that besides Phoenix, all of my favorite characters are C or D list and odds of getting them are beyond slim to none.

Yea it's not that the character crossed over from Spawn, it's that Marvel actually owns Angela. McFarlane and Gaiman created the character, but after decades of legal dispute over whether Gaiman was creator or not, he eventually won all rights to her in 2012, and promptly sold her to Marvel.

The thing i never understood was that Bendis is always moaning about how AoU was years in the making, yet Angela wasn't a factor till last year. Fishy.

I think the component of Angela wasn't set but the rest of it was. For all we know they were going to intro Marvel Man but then something happened with those rights again.

The reciepe was just a Mr. Fantastic (the first one) with a Flame on Torch Hair with a Peter Pan Tootle's legs and a Michael Darling face. HERBIE is from the FF Three Pack from Marvel Universe. I will update later with Val.

The villain is not the new character, but he looks very different from what we have and he hasn't been seen in a while.

New character is a relatively new Marvel character, not a classic.

And there are plenty of villains coming up. There are three new ones in Series 50, two new ones in Series 17, four new ones in 54 and 18...

Wait a holy pronoun second there... The Villian is male but the new character's gender isn't revealed BUT is a relatively new character not a classic? My money is on Abigal Brand for the win. She is popular but not a classic and relatively new in Marvel speak continuity wise.
