Honestly I pray Boomerang never gets into a TRU line. I want him in a mass market or LCS wave since I actually want to own him and would be gutted if I couldn’t.

Firestar to me is the biggest offender. Probably because the hair is awful, they didn't get the chest decal right and that mask... For Jessica Jones Spider-Woman I just switched the hair piece and she fits in better.

That was me... and yeah I understand that I would have multiples of figures regardless but my storage bin is full of Luke and Danny’s due to the rise of their stars. I would have preferred it go somewhere else so I would have more MK or Jessica’s but whatever. I’m still buying them if I can find them. Unlike Wave 25 (aka the theme of this topic) I haven’t seen them and it looks like scalpers haven’t either since even Menegrie doesn’t have them in stock.

I love this thread. Namor is a character of significance but not popularity (similar to Crystal in that way). I never cared for Namor until John Byrne's Namor series from the 90's. They tried again during Tsunami line but that didn't go so great for them. I have always like Namor taking the mantle of first mutant seriously and being a part of the X-Men line but I don't like the execution. There was too much flopped and I don't think you can come back from drowning a nation.

Because waaahhhh now I have to buy mates I don't want to get the one I do. I personally can understand that annoyance but at the end of the day there are ways around it through trading etc. I buy all of them anyway so I guess I am the lucky one.

Don't disagree but I have been burned by facebook before so I prefer things that have more of a guarantee.

Say what you want but sadly Menegrie is the only way some people can get or find some mates in the secondary market. I had a problem with him once over an Emma Frost that soured me to the whole experience. but every now and then its the easiest choice. ;(

I'm probably one of the few that cares but here is a kitbashed Diamond Lil to go with my Alpha Flight team.

People like their rules. Hell, Facebook/Instagram has the 20% rule that dramatically impacts your paid ads and in some cases makes them ineligible to show. Why? Because Mark said so. I do think that there are probably efficiencies at this point with the packaging design that are what make a change more cumbersome and problematic.

I now understand what it feels like trying to buy tickets for a popular concert considering how often I refresh the TRU page looking for these.

Amen to all of this. I think after Mimic and Changeling we would have everyone that’s been an x-man in the first 300 issues.

I posted this in wishlists but with the Dark Phoenix Prt 1 coming out I'm wondering if we will get a thematic wave with it if not a movie one. I'd go with: Wave 1: Phoenix Saga Dark Phoenix / Lilandra Corsair / Chod Raza / Eric The Red Fang Wolverine (parts for Fang)/ Shiar Warrior Wave 2: Sebastian Shaw / Hellfire Solider Leland / Hellfire Solider Guardian / Oracle Warstar / Smasher (parts for female Smasher) Through this we would get Hellfire: (Old White Queen), Shaw, Leland, (BOEM v XM Mastermind). Hellfire Soliders Imperial Guard: Lilandra, Guardian, Oracle, Fang, Smasher Warstar StarJammers: Corsair, Chod, Raza, Then we would just need a Pierce (that could be altered for the Reavers), Tessa, and maybe a redone White Queen (mine is yellowing) for a complete Hellfire Club; Hepzibah and Binary for a StarJammers line up; and a start/ ok line up of the Imperial Guard.

Because I haven't gotten my announcement for a Phoenix Resurrection set yet.
