Have we heard any grumblings for SDCC? I weirdly imagine that this year’s announcements will be at NYCC as it may be too soon for announcements. My heart hurts for all of the toy industry as I am sure they all have been turned on their ear trying to figure out holiday 2018. Most of that will have to be in store by October so not much time left.

The flagship was the best and the worst all at the same time. The carousel, the candy, Superman busting through, and Jurassic Park. When I first moved to New York I would go to it every time I needed to find my zen. I was gutted it was closed without warning as I was visiting my family in Australia and didn’t get one last shop done.

I really had heart for the ToyBiz version that could float because of the cape. I’d buy another Strange if there was a legs crossed piece.

I think it comes from having so many great photos and prototypes shown that never make it to shelves.

Confession... I’m menagerie.... Just kidding but I do feel like I am whenever I buy from them in my desperate times. Although I weirdly have always picture them as a woman who is a stay at home mom and has more time/reason to hit up different stores as she drives her kids around to soccer and ballet.

I weirdly heard this post in my head when I was watching the Tous That Made Us about StarTrek. I’m still salty about the 1701 line and that minimates didn’t get a shout out in the doc. I’ve always loved the Star Trek mates I just wish it was more TNG since that’s my Trek.

Agreed it is something that has puzzled me before or maybe it’s this board but it’s true we are a bunch of budget minded people. for me for the most part I factor space (nyc apartment) and character selection. I love Vinimates but I can’t house them and know if I buy one I will be addicted. I typically don’t skip waves since I read most of the books and have only skipped Nazi Cap.

I find it so odd that Nano has the Marvel rights and didn’t make a display for them. Them have Avengers and Spider-Man lines currently available and an X-Men line this fall. I’d think they would have made Avengers tower, Dr Strange’s House or at least the Daily Bugle but...

I wonder if we will ever get Marvel ones. I’m on the fence but will buy it since the last time I was on the fence was dst Dr Strange for that gorgeous display. Now I can’t find it anywhere for a reasonable price. The funny part being I don’t even want the figure.

Drag I just watched the Toys That Made Us and DST was on talking about the Trek line. It made me wonder...

I really wish they included a flying wasp like they did tinkerbell in the Peter Pan set. Maybe a small Antman too.

I wonder if StarTrek is coming back... maybe now with the mix and match strategy Fromm strike Force maybe we could actually get the whole line up of Next Gen.

I would be down for this. The best grad costumes were Magik, Magma and Karma though so I doubt there is enough support for that. Storm-Thor though I could see easily happening.

Ok so I think this would be a long shot but man would I love to see the Crossing come out as a line. Teen Tony with Scarlet WItch Thor and Black Widow. Quicksilver and Crystal Hawkeye and The Wasp Build A Figure Kang.
