I had been trying to find a good way to add a harness that would allow a standard mate to carry a sword on his back. Generally speaking I prefer the standard sized mates to the bulked up chest pieces. Anyways, here are some results. I took a harness from the Secret War Captain America, with the silver belt from the same minimate as a back pack and it allowed me to put Vorin's sword and sheath on the back.

I'm glad you couldn't see it. It was ugly. The shoulder piece is purple from Dormorru (spelling?). Will look nice with the blue chest.

I was taking photos of some custom mates I had built using the recent Pathfinder releases, but couldn't find my flashlight. So, I had to use my phones flash but I was unhappy with the glare. I started playing with the edit options and found the 'cartoon' effect. I was very happy with the results.

Just because its not a big event doesnt mean it wont be special.

Mockingbird is a nice design but i would much rather have a comic version.

I just want to bump this thread to say how fantastic these figures are. Isiem is currently my pick for minimate of the year. I love everything about the design.

To be honest, I think its silly that large supermarkets dont carry best of 1, 2, & 3.

Do you have any info on Barnes and Noble? Seems like they only carry Best Of Series 1 which seems silly.

Any chance the Disney stores carry some comic based box sets that coincide with the movies release?

I have a question about the Marvel zombies sets. Marvel dictates no heroes but does that mean no zombie heroes or no heroes at all even if they havent turned? In other words, can we get a machine man in the next zombie box set?
