    One of my toy friends just suggested Deadly Foes of Spider-Man and I hope he’s right.

    I have Luke’s Cardiac custom, and he’s stupendous! I would also love an official Cardiac. Because the character is just so epic looking. I do think Cardiac would be considered an anti-hero.

    Unless we're talking an Ultimate Six box set, I actually think a regular Sinister Six box set would BENEFIT from a lack of Spider-Man. Just have it be the villains.

    The novelty of it being an instant collection of some of Spidey's most notable enemies ALONE, I guarantee, would be an AUTOMATIC lure for people.

    Even though there is a very passionate, dedicated fan base for Minimates, the sets still need to appeal to kids/new collectors. It would be a hard sell for kids to pick up toys that only have villains with no heroes to fight. I don’t know if 10 year old me would’ve been thrilled to only have the baddies with no one to fight; current me who has been buying minimates for almost 20 years would be on board. 
     

    I do hope that we will get more outlets for minimates so that we can get more collector themed offerings, while still having the mass appeal offerings to keep the lights on.

    Hearing that sassy, brassy voice that I've had in my ears since I was 12 years old... hearing her heart break like that was absolutely devastating. 
    I know this was a 30 minute cartoon for kids, but DAMN.

    On a more clinical note - the pacing of this episode felt better. Some of the previous episodes felt like they blew through a story that should have taken 2 or 3 episodes. This felt more even and a bit like the jumping off platform for whatever is coming at the end of the season.

    And that last 10 minutes... that was viscerally upsetting. It felt so intense. 

    If the rest of the season manages to keep going like this, I'll be very impressed. 

     

    I watched Remember It on Friday night. I gasped so loudly in the last few minutes of that episode. Then I heard the line “…remember it.” And saw the ending. I handed my wife the controller, and I told her I needed to take a shower, and if she heard any sobbing coming from the bathroom it, most assuredly, was NOT a grown man crying over a cartoon.

    With all of the internet buzz surrounding this game, is there anyone here who has checked it out? I’ve been super interested but wanted to know if the juice was worth the squeeze. It looks enjoyable and it seems like the community is pretty good. It’s always kind of sketchy to me to play co-op games with a bunch of randos. Anywho, if anyone is playing lemme know your thoughts. If you’re also on the fence, like me, maybe we can bite the bullet and start playing together.

    I’m using Hulkling face and arms (with the hair removed and arm caps removed) on an animated Falcon body. I just need to stop being lazy and find a good hair piece for him.

    Last time I checked, the number 1 cause of the death of children in America was firearms.... not jugs.

     

    EDIT: in case I was unclear, this is not pointed at you, Zach - I'm guess I'm kinda just shouting into the void about my frustrations. 

    For the record, I’m an American and my life has been severely impacted by bosoms. I think many young males across the world are also afflicted by this epidemic. It causes locked bedroom and bathroom doors. Prolonged periods of isolation during puberty. And a severe loss of mental acuity when in the presence of bare bosom.

    Most of these guys are touch-ups or reworks, with the exception of Man Mountain Marko and the Eel (II). The Golden Tigers are the "army builder" for this throwback wave, with parts to make variations as seen here, "packed" with Warhawk and Scythe.

    Only one more Power Man & Iron Fist wave left: "Criminal Masterminds." I've done the hirelings here, now it's time for the big bads. There will be four net new characters (out of eight total), one of whom I would be surprised if anyone knew existed (I didn't). 

    I love that Eel. Any chance you’d be willing to make an extra decal?

    Thanks, Zach! Ikaris is gloves, waist piece, and boots from Terrax. Torso from Thor-Pool. Face and legs (possibly hair) from Captain America. I did a little painting on the waist piece to color match to the blue.
