If we go by the GB box sets, set 1 was 2 main team members, a supporting cast and a villain, and set 2 was 2 team, 2 villains. Following that logic, I'd like to see Tygra, Cheetara, Slithe and Transformed Mumm-Ra for the next set.

Reckon the box set will be 2 heroes and 2 villains, or 3 to 1? If it's 3 to 1 I hope Panthro is the third! (I'm assuming Lion-O is pretty much a definite)

That's gonna be some expensive collecting! I feel your pain, as I'm in the UK too and I've mostly pieced together my TRU exclusives from ebay, and more recently have had some help from a few most excellent board members.

Is the TRU set still not popping up in any great quantity? There aren't any on ebay. I'm hoping Luke will carry it as I'm overseas and can't order from TRU.com.

Shouldn't be. There will be 2 different AFX sets. IIRC the 80's property one will be the start of a new license. Personally, I'm rooting for Star Trek The Next Generation. Didn't Zach say it was from a license with all nonhuman characters?

CHalk me up as another person who wants Whirlwind because of the Avengers beat 'em up! Add Living Laser and Wizard and I think we'd have every character from the game.

Thanks! Six hours later, I've just finished sorting/rebagging them all, haha. This weekend I'm going to resort my entire collection (probably around 6 or 7 hundred 'mates) and bag the figures by wave/set.

Mostly, but you will need the Havok from wave 20 if you don't have him already, and the upcoming Storm from TRU wave 14. I could have sworn we were getting a new Havok at some point.

I wish they'd sculpted a little Ant-Man onto one of Hawkeye's arrows, just like the Marvel Legends figure.

And a white Vision... hey I'd buy that as a boxed set. After that we can start on the Children of the Atom missing characters. Blob, Pyro, Wen-Di-Go! How long was Vision like that in the comics? I don't think I've ever read any with him in that costume.

I would actually love a BoneBREAKER minimate as it would be one step closer to being able to recreate the Punisher arcade game in Minimate form! Also need a Bushwhacker... And for the Captain America and the Avengers game, we still need Whirlwind, Living Laser and Wizard.

I like the way this man thinks. Batroc was in the first ever Marvel comic I ever read ("War and Remembrance" trade paperback, which reprinted the Stern/Byrne run) so I would absolutely love a Minimate of him. And on that note where's my Baron Blood?
