Thank you guys for your comments. I'll take them into consideration. After this week I have some personal issues to attend to then I'll think about things some more. Listen guys, believe me I’ve taken everything under consideration and I felt this was the best way to go. The way things ended it would have been unfair and the person most impacted by the change was okay with it. Oh and vbpanizzi, I don't believe it's right for you to offer minimates. Everyone is entitled to there own views and opinions. Not everyone was going to be happy either way. I wish I could make everyone happy but I can’t and tough. It hurts me more than anyone that I had to make the change. I thought through several scenarios and at the end of the day this was the best thing to do. Most of all I feel even worse for my partner involved who invested a lot of time an money. For that I am truly sorry. Thank you to those that understood my decision. I enjoy making and working these contests for you the members. I’m always willing to do what I can for the better of this place and generate some fun. This is not the way I wanted this contest to end. Things happen and we can only move on. If you are still stubborn about your opinion, don’t worry about it. After doing and working so many contests, I have decided to no longer do any or be involved in any more contests going forward. I had so many plans but all things must come to an end. I am also going to evaluate on what my involvement will be with the boards. For now, it’s nearing midnight and I have to prepare for tomorrow. I wish all the contest participants the best in the voting.

Okay guys, the gallery hasn't been posted because we have a minor problem. There are just not enought entries for the Comics and Movie categories. We really think that there would be a better turnout. We're thinking about doing without the categories and vote on the top Three Zombies overall. What do you guys, the contestants, think?

Wow some great entries folks!! Due to some having trouble and scheduling, we have decided to extend the contest entry deadline a couple days to End of Day this Friday. The new Dates are as follows: Dates: Entries will be accepted through Friday October 26th at 11:59 PM PST. Voting begins once Contest Gallery has been posted on October 27th and ends October 30th at 11:59 PM PST. Winners will be posted on October 31st Come on, Get those Entries in!

I got stuff sent to my old address. You can't account for getting things lost in the mail. It's best never to expect anything, especially something that is free because you'll only disappoint yourself. I do not believe these were send to Radicals specifically. I believe they were sent out to people from the Target Giveaway and People that have bought from their store.

Anything that doesn't fit in the Comics or TV/Movies categories goes under the Original Concept category.

Ahhh it depends. This would go more in-line with the board guidelines, not the contest rules. I think we've all seen a nude minimate, but I wouldn't take it any farther than that! From Board Guidelines: 2. When posting messages their tone must be respectful. Further more they should be relevant to the area they have been posted in and free of any offensive language and/or imagery. Prior to starting a new topic it would be wise to check if such a topic is already being discussed. Please refrain from bumping topics and posting dozens of similar messages.

Now that sounds imaginative and fun. Looking forward to what you come up with in the end.

Like I said it's pretty flexible. It can be anything you want, that's why I said "character" that resembles a Zombie even if it's an animal, shit even a Zombie robot! It's up to everyone to choose what they want. Use your own judgement. If you feel the character you want to submit is a Zombie, then great bring it on. Don't make it more complicated on yourself than it really is.

An undead character is a living character, it's just not clear what you are asking. A Zombie is a Zombie, a person/character that resembles the living dead. Let's not micro-analyze what is a zombie. Contests here have been flexible. I don't understand the complication. Zombies don't have to come from a grave or be dead, they can also be a living person turned into a zombie by some disease or cause.

Only the one minimate entry is to be judged. The rest is considered background or part of a scene/diorama. When submitting your entry, you need to specify your entry minimate. At your own risk you may either enhance or take away from your entry. Now I would NOT go crazy and make an army of zombies

Now it wouldn't be fun without them posted..lol I've added "posting it in this thread" to the rules.

Luke, I've updated the Contest Category details to be more clear. Let me know. Basically the first two categories have to be actual zombie characters from 1.) Comics or 2.) TV/Movies. The third category 3.) Original Concept is any character that hasn't been a Zombie before.
