I have a few favorites really, but current favorite has to be DCD series 1 OMAC. I just love it. Not sure why the crotchpiece isn't a clear blue like the rest of the figure, but really that's about my only gripeand it's pretty much nothing.

What Is black.

My set came today and I have to say, I'm happy with it overall. What I most find notable is just how incredibly sparkly Galactus is. I mean really really sparkly. I can't decide if it's awesome or not.

'Tis The Season for $100 Alex... Errr Lurch.

So after beating Uncharted 3 last week, I started up Vanquish. It came out long ago but I never actually managed to play it so I thought I would have at it while I wait for Assassin's Creed to come out. Sometimes, when I play a game I think that it's a mess of ideas or a fun way to waste time, but there's that certain few that I think the developers dove into my brain and mashed together just a load of stuff that I would find to be a pure joyous gaming event. For me, Vanquish is one of those games. It's far from perfect and the story is, well, stupid really, but I've been playing it for over a week, nothing else getting in its way. I've beaten it 4 times, have almost all the achievements on it, but I feel that even when I do complete it, some day I will go back and pick it up and still deeply enjoy it just as the very first time. I ramble sometimes.

I actually just came here to see if that was for reals. I was concerned as I had heard nothing until a random search of the TRU site for the MvC3 sets. I wasn't sure it actually happened being it's called what, October Fan Poll minimates box or some such. Kinda weird.

Thanks Bob. Also, Tauntaun? Amazing. And I don't feel so bad as I know plenty of people have less done than me (or at least less posted, anyway) it's just a personal mark. Last time I did this, I got in late and did just about all my challenges in the span of two weeks. Now it's just one at a time, sometimes a week or two apart. I just feel less accomplished even though I know I'm getting junk done. Neurosis, thy name is me.
