I completely agree with Trekker here; All the designs are beautiful and I personally think the sets pretty bad-ass! Obviously the Nick Fury is stand out, The Ultron looks menacing and amazing; The Iron Man looks slick {Can't wait to see him with mask/accessorie} and while the Angela looks cool I can't really connect with her considering I've never knew anything about spawn other then there is a lot of action figures for it...

That is more in-line with exactly what i'm thinking. Corrupt JARVIS (or Coulson since i'm still putting money on the LMD/Vision thing) takes over an IM armor and makes modifications like the helmet; i could see it being a mix of Annihilation and Classic armor. Tony making Ultron would completely retcon the entire point of IM3. I disagree. I think it would be a natural evolution of Tony, who now feels this responsibility to continue protecting the world yet a responsibility to Pepper to not risk himself therefore he builds Ultron to take his place in the Iron Man armor. He's the face of Iron Man but Ultron is why he's not dying out in the field. This armor goes rogue, becomes the Ultron we know and love, and starts tear-assing around the world and the Avengers have to buck up and fight him with Tony taking to the suit once more. That is the best theory so far with him not being Iron Man in costume, +1 to you Trekker!

With Luke's shipping list for next week having Wave 51 I was excited to fianally have a definitive ship date; this information is just depressing. Hopefully this is the final change

I don't really follow doctor who, but something i found interesting according to his filmography on wiki, he was in World War Z and is credited as WHO doctor.... I have yet to see world war z as well so I am not sure if someone just edited that in there or not; but if it was like that since the movie came out that would be weird

I know it would probably be expensive to bring everything to Canada, but Fan Expo here in Toronto is a huge convention featuring many big name companies like Hasbro, Lego, Mattel and even {diamond} previews attending. it's been described as the 3rd biggest comic convention on a couple of sites before and since minimates are now widely available here it sure it would be a convention you should think of attending if ever expanding that roster. A fanboy can only dream...

So Bryan Singer has officially posted a photo of a stand in special effects sentinel and I personally think its awesome; hear me out before you murder me. I fully appreciate the fact that Bryan Singer will at-least have some form of special effects sentinels in the film because personally a real life sentinel is a lot more scarier then a cartoon {CGI} Sentinel. Now obviously I suspect that this is only a display model that they will use for photos and maybe in TRASK labs during the film. I do agree that details are extremely scarce and needs much work in post production if this will be the look of the sentinels in the final battle.. but I doubt that it will be and suspect we will get full out comic looking ones when they are CG'D in because lets be honest a Hollywood production in 2013 using special effects in a big battle? That could be risky and Hollywood hates risks... As a huge Back To The Future fan, I was extremely interested in the set when it was announced that lego will pick it up. Now that I see it.... Extremely disappointing. The minifigs look awesome but the "time machine" looks like a sad attempt at throwing a lot of pieces together to make enough pieces for a $40 set. The "updated" set looks like mess and it's sad to say I think the original designers made it look better with it being a lot more clean. Wait, I'm a bit confused about the whole Marvel Legends deal. I understand the movie tie ins, but what about the ones shown at SDCC? I missed out on the Marvel Select Flash Venom and would love to get the ML version. Will he maybe come out now as part of the Amazing spiderman 2 wave next year? How about the ultimate beetle recently shown, same deal? (Sorry if already answered; on vacation with terrible/nearly unusable wifi)

So what's going on with the universal monsters line? I can't imagine my invisible mate much longer and The Phantom needs to be released! other then that the mates shown so far look amazing! I wasn't too excited at toyfare but wave 17 looks amazing!! I wonder what the mystery line is; I know dst has denied it soooo many times, but looking at those DC and Star Wars posters beside the minimates posters makes any mate-aholic erk

I think it's safe to assume that Wave 17 will be shown at SDCC and then from there it can be any time really for release {probably October the earliest, but then again I am not great with guessing dates} As a follow up to the post above, in the wave 16 thread Zach that wave 17 is ready to ship and we will have more news very soon

Same with a lot of us Canadians. By a lot I mean the mast majority as we have internet caps here with the major Internet Service Providers so we can only download so much in a month. Checking in online every 24 hours isn't bad at all; but downloading games gets pretty rough. For example take Uncharted 3. It's 44 GB for the GOTY and I only have 120 gb a month. I already would have used 1/3 of my internet cap and that is without web browsing, netflix and youtube. I can only imagine how much gb games like Watch Dogs could use. I would love unlimited but everything is tied down with 3 year contracts with phones and TV which is what most people here use. Also people should take in consideration that most residential houses here only have 60-80 GB meaning that 1 game would almost kill there usage for the rest of the month. It's not nothing for us Canadians, but it's barely online

And now even more news, this time non spoiler; It looks like Sarah Gadon was just cast... Could she be the new MJ? I loved Shailene Woodley being cast as MJ although she did look a bit young. I know people complained about Emma Stone looking like MJ prior to ASM, but c'mon this is perfect Gwen Stacy, with absolutely no Mary Jane features... Don't get me wrong she is still extremely beautiful but she just doesn't pop as an MJ pre-set photos. Who else could she be cast as???

Although I've been in the Sony boat since the PS4 reveal; I could agree with this. After Microsoft's conference, I realized that the used game policies are inevitable as the 3rd party developers will force it down Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo's throats. I wouldn't be surprised if the DRM and Used game policies slowly roll out of the Xbone as it is only a patch keeping the policies off; which can be easily removed. My guess is Microsoft will slowly release patches part by part so they won't receive major backlash and will have consoles sold; If this doesn't happen then I definitely expect it in the next generation. With the removal of these features they removed the 10 family member share which seemed really awesome and I could see Xbone fans being mad over that.
