its a shame people do that. I have also seen that with Lego minifigs. I wonder if they made "blind bags" with identifying markings may help solve this problem. they wouldnt be a total mystery, but its obvious the "collectors" are trying to get specific ones, and if they knew which ones they were getting it would eliminate them opening bags, and the casual parent buying them for their kids would probably just pick up whatever bag....you know what I mean? after all the bag openers are going to get the ones they want no matter what. just might help.
