what a strange find...I could never understand why they made these and ignored the other main SF characters. I've already cannibalized demitri's capes from the 2 demitiris I have---anyone ever notice how loose the head is on him once you take the cape off? He's got noodle-neck syndrome.

A regular Venkman (GB1) is hard to find --I eventually found box 1 for $20 online. I don't feel I need another Venkmen variant at this time. I was going to try and get GB2 suits, but I have given that idea up (too costly). However, this set is interesting news! Altho, I'm running out of space and money for these guys lol. The statue of liberty is a great concept, and Janosz is a must. I haven't made up my mind about the others tho, Ray with his little squirt gun--perhaps to go with liberty? I would have rather had the judge than the mayor i think...the ghosts while cool, I don't recall them at all. At least this doesn't come out until July to give the wallet a break lol, I don't feel so bad about spending another $30 if its a few months later and I can give the minimate buying spree a break for a while. Are these a must-buy for you guys or what?

I just picked up the Happy Hogan set in Borders last night. I wasn't really planning on getting him, but I happened to be there...and so did he.... Also, for the FIRST time in minimate history, I observed someone purchasing the other Happy set--never saw someone buy minimates before haha. I didn't get to talk to him unfortunately, but he was about mid 30s with a little toddler boy--I don't think they were purchased for the boy as I heard him explain to his son, "now see, this is a variant which means its RARE! I'm buying this!"

I am going to turn one of my rachels into a sentinel! hey they gave us the armor, so why not! So I am wondering if anyone has already invented the wheel and made a sentinel face decal that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Thank you! I know some people are bored with SF, but it was driving me nuts that we were missing some key players. I still find SF to be a bit more transparent than Halo or more modern video games for some reason--perhaps some would disagree.

slightly off topic here, but on the iron man spectrum--i have recently acquired a stealth iron man from wave 6. the helmet is basically glued on lol. luckily I happen to like that look better, however if I had wanted to take the mask off, does anyone have any suggestions for this? or am I pretty much stuck with it on forever?

I like the idea of Stiltman, hulkbuster is cool as well. The iron men are kind of meh for me, as we have a million out at the moment...the inhumans are also cool, I just started reading ultimate FF so it's cool that that pack happens to turn up. I assume there isn't any idea on when these actually show up?

OK so after quite a few weeks, months? I have finally created a bunch of people I have always wanted to own. I am still needing to work on Ken, so he is out. We have (going across) Dhalsim, Blanka, Sagat, Balrog, Vega, Zangief, Guile, V for Vendetta, some group shots with the factory M. Bison, Akuma, Ryu and Chun Li. Then there are some U2 shots with the famous trabant, and then they are posing as they would on All that you can't leave behind album. Then there is a picture of Conan O'Brien lighting the NBC sign on fire. I kind of had to cheat on V because I couldn't create the face really well. Guile's decals and all the chest decals came from the minimatefactory as you know, however Dhalsim and Blanka are my handy work, the others have painted/drawn on faces. I also used Magic Sculpt to make all the hair and hats etc. They are all sprayed with clear coat except for Blanka and Dhalsim because I literally finished them minutes ago! Special thanks to the groundhog we all know and love for supplying some much needed parts! Hope you all enjoy, if you have any customizing suggestions for improvement, please let me know! I'm not sure the best way to load this up-so here goes:

So, from a movie line that focuses on men in robotic suits of armor fighting robotic drones, you're only interested in men in suits? You do realize Iron Man 2 is an action movie, right? he's only interested in the classiest of minimates! btw--whoever posted that spoiler pic cracked me up LOL

Although it might seem disappointing to many people about some of those licenses/releases, I am not at all surprised about the answers to most of those questions with the exception of friends and foes. I don't see how any of those would really sell on a large scale (although you never know), I'm sure most people here would buy them up--but to the minimaters out there who aren't even aware of this forum... I'm not sure what their interest would be. I just don't understand how F&F made it out with such poor quality...and hey, they do have a great track record, but at the price point, having ONE screw up that immense is still pretty bad I would say.
