I collected the Playmates "Five Inch" line. I am only missing 6 figures from that line. I was able to get most of the limited edition figures as well as several of the European exclusives. Off the top of my head I am only Missing Tapestry Picard, Yesterday's Enterprise Yar, Projections Barclay, Redemption Data, Thomas Riker (from TNG), and The Worf that came with a set of vhs tapes. I got the Euro/Australian release of Seven of Nine and Dr. Crusher and I also got both figures of the Where No Man Has Gone Before episode (Scotty and Sulu) that were a convention exclusive for free. I even have a few that I have multiples of due to variations of packaging. I have customized all of the TNG crew except Worf and I have made Romulans from both TNG and TOS. I have made Andorians, Cherons, Mugato, Shanha (from Gamesters of Triskelian). I have made O'Brien for both TNG and DS9. I have made Jadzia Dax, Major Kira, Seven of Nine, Janeway, Chakotay and Paris. I have even made Number One and Tyler from the Cage. I have a Guinan, a Keiko O'Brien and with the help of Luke I have Bones, Chekov and Scotty from Mirror, Mirror. I even maked Lt. Moreau in the regular universe and Chapel in the Mirror Universe. I have Sisko from Trials & Tribble-ations. I have Picard from First Contact, Sulu and Kirk from Where No Man Has Gone Before, Kirk & Spock from The City on the Edge of Forever. I have few more that I am drawing a blank on. WIP Dr. Bashir, Odo, Dress Uniform Scotty, a robed Vulcan, and Kirk from Patters of Force. I am thankful for the new line of ST minimates as I would like to get all of them (several fold) to work on Enterprise customs and the TNG crew in First Contact Uniforms. I would like to see more ST minimates to follow. I would like an official Janeway and Chakotay, I would like to see some variations of Picard (Captain's Jacket, Tapestry Picard) and Sisko (Mirror Universe). I would like to see A Piece of the Action Kirk & Spock and others from that episode. I would like to see A Fistful of Data characters, and I would like to see Neelix, Kes, Quark, Morn, the Crew of Enterprise with Dr. Phlox. I like the idea mentioned about parts. You could make Trip in his uniform and include the parts to convert him to an Environmental suit. You could make Chekov in an environmental suit and then include parts to convert him to his duty uniform. I would also like to see a Picard that you can convert to Locutus of Borg and then while we are at it a Data in First Contact uniform that you can switch out his head and an arm to make him look like his is being Borgified. You can do it with Seven of Nine as well. I would really hope we see more ST minimates. Also, I keep reading on here that there is supposed to be a Toys R Us set but the news release I read that announced this Legacy line stated it was for Specialty Market only so that tells me TRU would not be getting any, did I read that wrong? I hope that we get even assortments so they are easy to come by. In the first waves of Trek minimates you got one Variant and then three packages without the variant and then four of the other packages from that wave per case of 12 packages. Ex: Kirk & Vina x4, Pike & Spock x4, Scotty & Dr. McCoy x3, Scotty & Dress Uniform McCoy x1. Luke is advertizing Custom Cases with three packages of each set in the case of 12. Which set would be the variant if they were to package them the way they used to do it? Thank you and I hope to order my case of Legacy mates very soon.

The TRU in Bloomington, IL got a truck today but claims they did not have any Battle Beast Minimates on it. I was on hold for almost 15 mins as they looked for them. I think they just put me on hold and just said they didn't get any. However, I did get the Spider and Snake From Luke today. So now I have a snake I can make my Gorgon from and a snake to keep complete. I am working on a story for some customs I have made similar to how Prowl-Ar does on his posts and The Spider will be repainted to a color scheme I want and then I will hopefully get them posted very soon. But I am on the lookout for the TRU Battle Beast Minimates.

Prowl-Ar: I have really enjoyed your customs and backstories. I really like your Neo-Olympians and the Over-The-Rainbow customs. I have been inspired by your use of story and pictures to tell the tale of your customs. I am thinking of attempting a similar tale about Oberon and his children (The Third Race). I am working on my mates and starting to write my back stories so one day, I will share them on my list. Thank you for sharing your literary talents along with your customizing talents. CaptainPaco

What an unexpected surprise I got this morning. I was sitting at home after already being out getting the discounts from After Christmas bargains. I got a knock on my door, I opened it to see no one but I looked down and saw a box. The box simply had my address on it with no return address. I noticed the Mailman getting back in his truck and thanked him for the delivery. I went back inside with the box and went on to examine it. I could not find any information, so I openned the box and found Christmas wrapping paper surrounding a Munster Koach (colored version) with Herman. There was no additional information inside the box. This is the TRU exclusive version but I have never seen it in my local TRU. Well, I am happy to get it as I have been wanting one for my office display. Thank you to whomever sent it to me. I am not sure who it would be but I am thankful for the gift. I went to my local TRU today (Dec 23). I was really looking for the Battle Beast Minimates. I found Series 2 of the Walking Dead. I was hoping for the BB minimates. I did pick up I got the Michonne/Zombie set and then the Leg Bite Zombie/Sailor Zombie set. I also found a Rick Grimes/Zombie set so I got it as well. I have never seen an episode of the show nor read any of the graphic novels, but the mates look nice. I actually have a fear of zombies/the undead/living dead, but I can tolerate the minimate zombies because they are interesting additions to my collection and would be great when I create my minimate halloween display next year at my office. I am in Central Illinois and thought I would share what was found in my area.

Hey, I am trying to get more customizing of Non-Star Trek Universe characters. I was able to accomplish a goal I set for myself by submitting and entry for the Dynamic Duos Contest. I entered: For those of you that do not know where these character are from I will attemtp to explain. Revolution is a television drama that takes place 15 years in the future of present day after a massive man-made global black out has occurred. The governments of the world have fallen and militia groups have taken to power. Charlie (Charlotte) Matheson and her younger brother, Danny, live in a small hamlet in southern Wisconsin with their dad, Ben. Rachael was Ben's wife and she left the family years ago to "gather supplies" but never came back (she supposedly turned herself in to save the family). Charlie explores the area around their hamlet and is curious about what life was like before the blackout happened. She has some memories of that life as she was around 4 when the blackout happened. The Monroe Militia control the area of what once Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and the rest of New England. The Militia show up to take Ben to General Monroe but Danny interupts and ends up getting his dad shot and taken captive. As Ben lays dieing, Charlie is holding him and his last words are for her to find her Uncle Miles in Chicago and then rescue Danny. So Charlie sets out to find Miles, but Maggie, her dad's girlfriend, and Aaron, her dad's friend, go with her. Once the get to Chicago they find her uncle Miles and set out to find Danny. The plot is great and the story is ever growing yet some of the episodes could work as stand alone. I like the fact that they do build and flow into one another. I can't wait for them to come back on the air in the Spring.

The jacket of the Taxi Driver Zombie could work for a vest for Ma-Ti, the boy from South Ameria with the power of Heart. I had the idea to try to make a Skipper and Gilligan but lacked the idea of where to get the right parts but from your post, I now have the idea and will work out getting the parts I need. Okay, I set a goal for myself that I would enter at least one contest on here this year. I have been toying with this idea and even when I asked about it to someone whom I do value their opinion, I still decided to go for this idea. I could not get it out of my head. I am a huge fan of the television show so I had to make my version of the two main characters. I present to you: Miles Matheson and Charlie Matheson from ABC's "Revolution". While I know my entry may not win, I did reach my goal of submitting an entry. I have seen many wonderful entries in this contest and I am not sure who I would vote for at this time, but I wish everyone the best of luck. I know my camera is not the best so I apologize for the poor quality images. Thank you.

I really want to say Khan, merely because in a scene that is hinted in the Japanese Trailer for the film, there is Spock's hand and someone else's hands separated by glass which happend after Spock had to save the Enterprise after the battle with Khan. I am not saying that I know exactly what was showen in the Japanese trailer but that is the image that was frozen in the article I read about it. If it is Gary Mitchell do we see a flashback with him and Kirk being friends or such? Gary Mitchell got his powers when the Enterprise attempted to cross the Great Barrier at the edge of the Galaxy and was a crew member on the Enterprise. This reboot of Trek is not what I expected in 2009 because it is making the crew all closer in age than they were in the original series. In the original series Uhura and Spock were not lovers and did not attend the academy together nor did Chekov, Scotty, Sulu and Kirk or Bones. I think the cast to play the characters we all know was great but the reboot has a lot to get used to for those of us that knew the original trek universe. So if the Blond female Science officer in the trailer is not Nurse Chapel then she could be Dr. Elizabeth Dehner. Maybe they will have Gary Mitchell come to his powers on an assignment Admiral Pike sends him on and then he comes back to seek a mate and goes for Dr. Dehner and Kirk has to get involved to end the life of Gary Mitchell? I am not sure. I can't wait and I hope I can see it at the Midnight showing and then again a week later.

Hello, I am sorry I have not added any new images of customs I have made. I have been trying to come up with an entry for the Dynamic Duos Contest. I do have some individual shots of my Once Upon A Time characters as well as some tweaks I made to some that are in the group shot. I have Pilgrim to post which I had hoped to have on here prior to Thanksgiving but better late than never. I will post my Dynamic Duo on here as well after they have been submitted and then voted on. I hope all is well for all of you. Can't wait to see a longer trailer for Star Trek Into Darkness.

I am curious as to this Femme Fatale set that has 7 of 9 in it? I am disappointed about the Enterprise getting delayed. I would be interested in getting more ST mates especially TNG and DS9 mates. I made some and I would like more. I know they have a vast array of villian and aliens that could be made. Andorians, Vulcans, Bolians, Ferengi, Tellarites and many more.

I went to 2 different TRU yesterday (Dec 1). At the first TRU I visited, I was looking for clearence mates and found the Guts and Burn Zombies package. I was very surprised to find it because I really thought they were not to be out until later in the month. This one package was all I found, so I asked a employee if there was any chance there were any in the back. He scanned it and said they had one case come in and I was holding the 12 package out of 12 in that case. He said they were not listed as getting any more in nor did he even know they were getting them in the first place. The second TRU had three packages left. 2 of the Guts & Burn Zombies and one of Rick and the 1-armed Zombie. I purchased the one package of Rick & the 1-armed Zombie. I asked that store if they had more in the back and if they were getting more in and was told that 9 of the 12 sold and they were not marked to get any more back stock. I was sort of hoping to still get Shane & Punk Zombie but may not get it if they are not coming back in at any of the TRU's I can get to. I am in Central Illinois and thought I would share what was found in my area. I am not a fan of the show or graphic novels, but I was wanting a Rick Grimes for my collection. I will likely set of a small display with the 3 zombies I have at Halloween next year. As for Rick, he will join the Man with no name in a display.

Early I know, but here is a holiday custom I made. I do plan to make a bag for him to hold but I am going to try to make it out of cloth and then find some miniature items to place inside of it.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I am calling her Wanda. I felt I needed a witch to go with my Universal Monster Minimates. Now I only need a Skeleton. I am calling him the Prince of Darkness. I was tinkering with my spare mates and felt I needed a devilish minimate. Hope you enjoy these better images of my handy-work.

Finally; here is my Custom Scotty in dress uniform. This is the version with him in the red stockings and shoes (only I did not feel like painting the buckles on the shoes). I used artistic licensing on the kilt but attempted for the look that I could make out of the images of him I could find. I did not do any of the uniform's chest insignia. Not comfortable with the scale of the design to risk it for now. My new version of TNG's Lt. Cmdr. Geordi LaForge. I took a visor from a Cyclops and painted it gold and glued it to a Commander Sisko head. I am glad that someone suggested that. It looks better than my painted on visor. More to come as soon as I can for the customs of Once Upon A Time: Storybrooke characters and my Halloween and Santa mates.

Luke, Thank you for your kind words about my "Once Upon a Time: Storybrooke" Customs. I will be adding new photos soon as I tweeked a few and now have Granny and Dr. Whale to add to the set. I hope to post individual photos of each character and a new image of the group. Also to come individual photos of my Santa, Witch and Prince of Darkness and TOS Scotty in dress uniform. I have decided I will hold off on finishing my custom TOS dress uniform Scotty (only need chest detail) so I will share picture of him next week. I have been reworking my TNG LaForge and will also have a new image of him to share next week as well. I took the idea suggested and I cut the visor off of a Cyclops hairpeice and will be using that. Thank you to whomever suggested that. I know I still have not posted images in a while, but I will get images posted once I get a nicer camera to snap nice images and we will go from there. I am making the Cast of "Once Upon A Time" in their Storybrooke likenesses. I don't have the talent nor the funds to attempt to make them as they appear in the Enchanted Woods. I am sorry but this image may appear blurring. I have made some modificaitons to several of the characters and will post an updated picture at some point in the future. In this picture you have Mary Margaret Blanchard (Snow White), David Nolan (Prince Charming), Dr. Archie Hopper (Jiminy Cricket), Sheriff Graham (the Huntsman), Regina Mills (The Evil Queen), Mr. Gold (Rumblestiltskin), Ruby (Little Red Riding Hood), August W. Booth (Pinnochio), Emma Swan (Emma Charming), Jefferson (The Mad Hatter), Sidney Glass (The Magic Mirror/Genie), & Belle (Belle/Beauty). I have made changes to Ruby, Belle, Sidney and have added Dr. Whale (Dr. Frankenstein), Granny (Little Red Riding Hood's Grandmother). I will set up a pose of my Holiday Themed Minimate Customs with the Universal Monsters and Walking Dead mates when I get the better camera. I am still trying to figure out how to make Dr. Bashir from DS9 but I am not happy with the head and hair I have at this time but I will be working on it. I am hopping I can figure something out to be able to purchase two of the Minimate Enterprises when they are available. I want one to open and one to keep sealed. I am going to attempt to make a Gorgon and I have the first part of my needed parts coming in next week but the second major part doesn't even go on sale until later. I am glad I have this place to share my love of minimates. I only hope you all find my customs as acceptable. Thank you for all you have done just by letting me share here.

I like the backstory for Briar Rose (Sleeping Beauty). I like your Femme Fatales story. I would like to see them actually maded but I know that is a push. I wish I could have gotten the Li'l Red set as I would like that figure in my collection. I was thinking of making customs for "Once Upon A Time" but I am not that crafty and my wife would hate me when I was done getting all the right parts I would need. I would like to also make a "Clash of the Titans" set and have a Gorgon thought that requires me to get the Battle Beast snake figure. Love the alternate variatios of Snow White and Cinderella. Rose Red is great. I can't wait for your alternate fairtales to continue, would love to see Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty and maybe Little Mermaid from your alternate universe. The "Glass Slipper Assassin" was a nice touch. Like the "werebear" for Prince Charming, whatever happened to Rose Red in the fairytale? Also, got to finally say, I loved your take on the Wizard of Oz. Only wish you were able to make the Lion but I thought your backstory for the OtR drug and a world where the characters we all grew-up with were twisted based on the connection to this OtR drugh was great. Sounds like it could be a great adult version of the Oz tale. Thank you for sharing your love for customizing with all of us.

Here is Guinan. I finally finished her. She a mix of parts and a custom hat. I had to over-do the hat because she always had a strange taste in her headdresses. I have her long black locks hanging out in the back. I appologize that I don't have a wonderful image. My Samsung Stratosphere got damaged and I can't afford a replacement so I had to downgrade to my Samsung Reality and the camera is not very good. When I can get a better camera, I will replace the images with better ones. I will get TOS Scotty in dress uniform done soon, I promise as well as Dr. Bashir.

I wish I could get my hands on your Bill & Ted Minimates. Those movies were the bomb. I heard rumors they were thinking of making a third one but have not heard anything since that time. I love the Granny Preston and the Easter Bunny. My only think is wasn't the bunny pink. Anyway, Great Job!!!! I love your Goonies mates as well. Thank you Fujis for the recommendation. I did not prime Guinan's hat and it now broke on me so I have to start over. I will try to make it and paint it then apply to her headpeice. Any ideas for a Santa hat and a witch's hat that work with Minimate heads that don't have to sculpted? I am not good at sculpting and would like to find some that are ready made. I have been collecting the Monster Minimates and the Monster Lego Minifigures and I would like to get a Witch Minimate. I am also wanting a Santa hat for my custom Santa that is made and ready for display but I need a hat for him. I have an idea for a Minimate Witch but the hat is what is holding me back from starting her. I know I have primarily focused this to my Star Trek minimates but I am branching out to Holiday themed Mates now. Once I get a Santa hat I will post my custom. Same goes for the witch. I still owe an image of TOS Scotty in his dress uniform (with the kilt) but still need to get his chest insignia on him. Sorry for the delay, but someday soon they will be posted.
