  1. Hello, For those that may read this, I am once again working on customs again and also, I am working with the inspiration I get from Prowlar. I respect his work and thus I like to make variations for my collection from is shared works. I would never truly want to copy his work but do like the work he shares with us. More customs will come soon on my post.
  2. Prowlar, I am wanting to let you know that I am still getting inspiration from you even if you have not posted any new customs of your own. It has been a little while for me to make customs as well, but recently I have come across a tub of parts and stated tinker once again. I wanted to let you know that I am still trying to keep up with your level of customizing. Hope this finds you well. Thank for keeping my imagination thriving. Captain Paco
  3. I don't have a 3d printer but I know two people who do. I have access to sticker paper so could likely bull that off.
  4. I would love to see more sets of Transformer Minimates.
  5. Yes, some came from Shapeways. The rest were random mates parts I had on hand. The shields of Faker and He-Man, the sword of He-Man, the staff and cowl of Skeletor, the headdress and septor of Evilyn, the harnesses of He-Man, Man-at-Arms, Faker, Skeletor, Buzzoff's claws, the ax of Faker, Man-at-Arms' helmet, the serpent headdress and staff of Teela and several of the hip covers, and the helmet and jetpack of Stratos were all Shapeways. The rest were various parts I repurposed. Beastman is Sasquatch with a few different parts The wings I used for Stratos were form a Falcon mate as the wings that were available on Shapeways kept breaking. Clawful is parts from the Scorion BattleBeast mate. The head on Buzzoff is a lego head. The Wings I used for Buzzoff were I think from a Nissa mate.
  6. Here are the work in progress of my MotU custom mates, thanks in part to Shapeways.
  7. I do think that collectors would purchase Star Trek MiniMates in sets from the films. We have Kirk from the Motion Picture and from The Wraith of Khan. And we have Ilia and Khan. So why not make a box set that gives us Movie uniforms for Uhura, Spock, Sulu and McCoy. Then there could be parts to make Chekov (using Sulu's body) and Scotty (using Spock's body) from the Motion Picture and the set could also include parts to me Commander Decker and Ilia in her duty uniform. Then another box set from The Wraith of Khan with Uhura, Sulu, Spock and Captain Terrell which could then include parts to make Saavik from Uhura's body, and Chekov from Terrell's body. A second Wraith of Khan set could include Dr Carol Marcus, Dr. David Marcus, Joachim and another of Khan's followers and maybe Preston (Scotty's nephew who dies as a result of Khan's attack) and a sixth figure or a supply of parts to make other of Khan's followers and the Marcus' in their cave gear. The Search for Spock Set could include Kruge and Maltz (a Klingon officer), Saavik, and Spock (with a assortment of parts to make him seem to age and grow, and Uhura in her skirt uniform. This could be a five figure set as we would get the rest of the crew in civilian attire in the Voyage Home set. A Voyage Home set could include a six figure assortment of Kirk, McCoy, Sulu and Scotty in civilian attire, Dr. Jillian Taylor and Spock in his robes. Maybe also extra parts to make Chekov and Uhura from assorted extra parts a Collector may have already. Then Final Frontier: We could get Sybok, St. John Talbot, Korrd, Vixis, Caithlin Dar, and Captain Klaa. The Enterprise Crew would be able to be in the uniforms from previous sets so only the ambassadors, the Klingons and then Sybok ware needed for this set, but parts to make Uhura when she sings on the dunes would be a nice bonus. The Undiscovered Country: We could get Chancellor Gorkon, Azetbur, General Chang, UFP President, Lt. Valeris, and Admiral Cartwright. Again the Enterprise crew would all appear in the uniforms we already saw in past releases and this would allow characters not made before. I would purchase at least three maybe four of each of these. Then you move to the TNG movies and I am still on board
  8. Awesome set, I am wishing they would have made tis set as they are cool and have some nice details. I would certainly buy a set of these as I like Western figures.
  9. I had some issues that prevented me from responding. I am glad to finally be back in the world of the living. I would be all up in it if we got more TREK minimates. I would love to have officially made TNG, ENT, VGR, DS9, SNW, DISCO, PICARD, LD, and any other trek series in minimates form Would love to get official uniforms for minimates over the ones I have made myself Would also love to see more Star Trek Aliens in minimates form.
  10. Luke, I got my Zombie Falcon and it is great, I am working on making the custom Hawkeye and Sharon Carter and then I will set-up a display for all the What If? Marvel Zombies. Thank you. Kam
  11. I got my order in for Zombie Falcon and now I wished I ordered a second set of the What If Marvel Zombies. Thank you for the nice looking custom to add to the zombie minimate universe.
  12. It was tough to choose as all the entries were very well done.
  13. I just submitted my entry but I know it is not much. I enjoyed making it and I enjoy having him in my display in my office. Thank you for this contest, Luke.
  14. Another good box set of a team (of sorts) would be the crew of Star Trek Enterprise: Trip Tucker, Hoshi Sato, T'Pol, Travis Mayweather, Malcom Reed and Phlox. We already got Archer in the Legacy line and so this box set would finish off the team. Could even include the extra parts to make all of them in EV suits from the series as all of them were at one time in an EV suit. And a bonus would be Porthos as a mini figure. This would be easy as most of the crew use the same uniform just different piping for their division. T'Pol could actually use a design form several other past figures, since she wore basic body suits, the white one could be a recycle of Emma Frost. Another box set idea would be to finish off the Star Trek The Next Generation Crew: William Riker, Deanna Troi, Geordi LaForge, Worf, Guinan, and Data. We already have Captain Picard. This set could have the parts to make the Series Uniform and the Movie Uniform from First Contact and Nemesis. Also could include the parts to allow Troi to be made in a dress as she wore in the few few seasons of the show. Maybe a head swap to allow Troi to be Crusher or Pulaski. Maybe the parts to swap Data for Barclay or O'Brien. Same would be true for Deep Space Nine as well. We already have Sisko. So a box set would have Kira, Jadzia/Ezri Dax (via head swap maybe extra shorter arms and legs since Ezri was shorter than Jadzia), Bashir, Quark, O'Brien, and Odo. If you do a box set for TNG and include O'Brien, then you could swap him for Kai Winn or Kai Opaka or even Morn. Then we have Janeway and Seven of Nine from Voyager, so a box set would finish off that crew as well. Chakotay, Tom Paris, Harry Kim, Tuvok, Neelix and B'Elana Torres. Could include parts to swap and use Torres' body to make a Seska, and then parts to make Torres, Chakotay and Tuvok as members of the Maquis. and a rubber salamander to show the mutated futuristic version of Tom Paris. Star Trek Strange New Worlds: Pike, Chang-Riley, Sam Kirk, Hemmer, M'Benga and Noonien-Sighn. That would be a good start to getting the new series launched in the Minimate Universe. The for Discovery: Burnham, Saru, Stamets, Detmer, Tilly and Linus. Need more aliens in the Star Trek Minimate Universe. Then could include parts to make other crew members of Discovery maybe or to make variations of the included characters. Having the extra parts or such would encourage the collectors and customizers to purchase multiple sets and thus help both Diamond Select and the Minimates realm of collectors. All in My Humble Opinion.
  15. I would love to see a box set to round out the Legion of Doom from DC. We have Riddler, Lex Luthor, Cheetah, a variation of Brainiac and Bizarro already made from the DC waves. A box set of six could round out the members: Black Manta, Captain Cold, Giganta, Scarecrow, Toyman and Gorilla Grodd. I know Solomon Grundy is missing but the box sets only seem to going with six figures. They could do extra parts to make Scarecrow a member of the Sinestro Corps. Giganta and Grodd could be 3 inch mates and maybe there could be a mini figure of a smaller Giganta that could be used to help show her growing in size. Could also offer the extra parts to make a variant look for Lex Luthor to appear as he did in the cartoon. Just a thought as we need more villains in the DC world of Minimates.
  16. The New Super Trek or Star Friends: The New Justice Trek or Star League: Thanks to Minimates Database for the images. I originally merged Scotty with Green Lantern as they are each my favorite characters in their respective universes. So I decided to see the point of view of another and I must admit that I am fine with the new perspective. Thank you Cylonchaney for speaking your opinion on my mash-ups. I appreciate the alternate point of view in my attempts to customize minimates without the parts to do so in a physical realm.
  17. Cylonchaney, I will re-examine my mash-ups as you do present a different point of view. I did Scotty as Green Lantern as they are both my favorite characters. But I can see Flash and Scotty as a good mix as well.
  18. Now if the DC Justice League were to be Star Trek crew members: And if the Original Crew of the Enterprise were to be the Justice League:
  19. The Crew of the USS Enterprise-D if they were gender swapped. Thank you once again to Minimates Database for the library of minimate image that I use for my mash-ups.
  20. Thank you for sharing the information about links not working, I believe I have fixed them. I appreciate the compliments for you had been able to see before my reply.
