I really like this wave, but Spidey has always been my favourite. The new MCU costume is such a great design for toys.

Credit to DST for getting this wave out before the movie. Not sure that's happened before, and they normally get a lot of flak for missing a movie release.

Looks like I came back at just the right time! Definitely interested in these, and that Mickey select figure.

Long story short, after being let go from work ive been keeping an extremely low profile while I look for something new. Fingers crossed I have something lined up now and after a looong absence I'm back.

My buying habits will change, I'll be a lot more picky than I was, and for a number of reasons I also want to cut down on my collection.

I'm sure I've missed a lot so I'm looking forward to getting caught up around here!

I have a similar problem with my hobby room, it's just full of boxes atmo. I have bought the shelving though, and just need some professional help to get it to how I want it.

If you're handy, a few people have built their own armour bays/boxes with some LED lights. If you're not (like me), a local carpenter might be able to do something simple/cheap to give you the look you're going for.

Yeah the soundtrack was good, one piece of music seemed to be a theme based on the 'Avengers' music.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago and loved the visuals although the path of the story felt a bit samey at times. I thought it was fun overall, probably going again tomorrow night.

Hi. Not been around here much lately as I'm finding the new site a bit hard to use.

It used to be that when I went to the unread/new content section and clicked on a topic it would take me to the last read post. Now I get taken to page one of the topic and I have to then go through the pages to figure out where I was last. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Also having trouble making the site fit properly on my iPhone (some drop downs etc are too wide for me to see on screen).

Finished the show this weekend. For me, it was the weakest of the Netflix shows so far. I think they really need to change from the 13 episode season to 10. DD season 1 worked well, but JJ, DD2 and Luke Cage all seem very stretched out.

I did like some of the performances in Luke Cage though. The guy that plays Cottonmouth is a brilliant actor, and while the music was a bit odd at times I did enjoy that element of the show overall.

The ties to the MCU were good. Does anyone else think that the scientist might be a good way to introduce some Spidey villains into the MCU? Scorpion and Rhino spring to mind...

Yep it's around Union Square, right near (basically next to) the Strand bookstore which is a fun place to kill time.

Max Brenners is also across the road and it has amazing food, and even better desserts (chocolate pizza!) I recommend it to everyone traveling to NYC.

One of my favourite ever movies, I bought the Mondo fig, have the Pops and will now get this guy as well which is a pretty good start to a collection...

Iron Giant is a definite buy.

I love Buddy the Elf, he's one of my favourite movie characters, but that vinimate needs to smile or something!

Forget the critics, forget any kind of blind nerd rage you might have, and enjoy 2 hours of a good movie.

Does it beat the original? No. But, as a reboot, it's also not trying to be the original. The nods and cameos were awesome, touching, and hilarious. The four main women are NOT cross-gendered versions of the originals, they are their own characters.

Saw it last night. Very fun, and funny IMO. Went with 8 of us and we all had a great time.

I think your enjoyment may hinge on whether you like Melissa McCarthys/Kristen Wiigs humour or not.

That packaging is garbage. And the shipping decision is ridiculous.

Sideshow do make some very odd decisions sometimes. I really wanted to like their DC 1/6 stuff but I don't like any of it.

Will be getting my 1/6 stuff from elsewhere.
