Chalk me up as another dabbler, and not so much due to detail as much as the sheer number of licenses that they've gotten, as well as accessories!
It seems nuts to me that Medicom could get all of the licenses that they hold while AA/DST has such a hard time, and decides to put out licenses like Desperately Seeking Susan. Yeah, Chuck sez that Madonna fans like 'em, but.....
The accessories that a lot of them come with are awesome too, rivaled by the ones that Palisades put out with the Palz line.
Nowhere else could I get block versions of The Rocketeer, Keaton's Movie Batman, The Matrix cast, Aliens, non-Lego Star Wars, etc, ad nauseum. How large of an operation is Medicom, compared to AA/DST anyways? Just seems incredible to me that their variety/output is so prolific yet so hard to find here in the States, and so darn expensive compared to the 'Mates...
