Well, the only difference between grab-line and regular is that on the grab-line, one of the hands is open and has the web-line molded to it. You would need that other black hand to make a regular version, but even then you would have the C3 feet to deal with. I guess that could be resolved with an early Venom. I envision a black Spidey that is more removed from the chase version. Maybe a battle damaged.

I am very happy with the promise of not re-releasing chase figures. It gives collectors something to hunt for. Price goes up with demand, which is typical of anything, but it also makes finding the item at a "reasonable" (or better) price all that more satisfying. A variant of the black Spidey chase figure is inevitable, but there will never be another regular black suit Spidey released.

Lets get this going again. A bit harder this time. Name a villian who is a citizen of Skarka. HINT - He is mostly a Namor villian but has fought the Fantastic Four.

Well, I happen to know that it does. I am using an example that worked for another web forum that I belong to and not only was it a huge boon to membership, but you can often find the cards from this site selling for as much as $50. I have all the cards myself and we are still producing future waves.

Lets design a few collector cards that feature minis on one side and info about the minis and MMMV on the other side. Kinda like bubble gum cards. These can be made realtively inexpensively and licenses are usually not a problem as long as the cards are not sold. Just an idea.

My Wal-Mart finally got the Icons in. They hadd all of them, including variants except the gold Iron Man. Nice figures, but I am waiting for wave 2. HULK SMASH!

The city is coming around, I guess. I wish I could say better things, but frankly, its still depressing here. The CBD (central business district, ie. downtown) and most of the touristy areas are back in good shape, but there are very large residential areas that are still in ruins. We are nearing the one year anniversay and some folks are still without power, water, or a home. On a brighter note, my home is back in grand shape and all my toys back in their places. Its good to see you pal. Stick around if you can.
