  1. Cho'd is actually a pretty easy quick custom! Put a Pathfinder Goblin head on a movie Hulk body (you'll have to do a little bit of color matching, but that's what the Database is for).
  2. Hmmm...maybe this will get me out of semi-retirement.
  3. Wasp is really an odd one, since of all characters she would seem the most natural for multiple different looks (at least until this modern era when costumes are redesigned every six months). I would most want her black and yellow costume, although that is a super easy quick custom. I agree that the Black Knight is perfect, but Herc and Shulkie could definitely use upgrades. I have said for years that the Avengers vs the Masters of Evil would have made for a perfect theme, especially back in the days of shared sets between TRU and the specialty market. Remember then? We didn't know how good we had it. Going back to the thread theme, with Carlos Pacheco's untimely passing last week, I am reminded that a set based on his designs from Avengers Forever would be great, and a nice tribute to a fantastic artist.
  4. Oh yeah, those definitely look like they would work. I have a HP castle from another line, that was little metal figures. I'm sorry, I'm blanking on the name, but this would have been several years ago and so it's probably not easily available any more. These look even better.
  5. Thanks Zach! Are these far enough along that there won't be any changes to the lineup?
  6. Same for me. It's such a nice piece, but where the heck would I put it?
  7. Yeah, he's actually a pretty easy QC to do with some of the black and white figures. I put one together using Sin City parts.
  8. Amazon has good prices right now for a bunch of Playmobil sets, including the Enterprise and Delorean. They also have James Bond's Aston Martin and the A-Team van for anyone that may have made customs of those guys. I'm curious to see how Minimates would look with those, but not a big enough fan of any of those properties to take the plunge myself.
  9. Not sure if anyone is interested, but the Playmobil Enterprise can currently be had for half off on Amazon if one applies the coupon upon checking out. I have been debating getting it for weeks now; I'm not a Star Trek guy, but it's such a cool toy. Still, $250 is too much for me, but I would imagine some of you would pull the trigger, and I am eager to see how the ship looks with Minimates.
  10. I think it's more likely they had them prototyped for something else and then moved them to the Haslab to drum up support. I wouldn't be surprised if Goblin Queen was intended for the same box set as Pretty Boy; I mean, there's no connection between her and Ghost Rider, right?
  11. That was such an out of nowhere announcement. He looks really good! I have no interest in the Reavers, but I'm glad they are following up with the other one they made this year. I didn't realize he was part of a box set, but that sure makes more sense compared to a regular release. As for the HasLab Ghost Rider, I think they overestimated how interested people would be in Robbie Reyes. Or, more importantly, how much they would PAY for Robbie Reyes. I do hope Mephisto and Goblin Queen make their way out somehow.
  12. Same! I'm hoping there's just an error. If not, maybe DST should make an official one because there's obviously a demand!
  13. Got my promo from Zach yesterday; such a cool figure! I'll have to pick up a second one at some point to use the chest block as a t-shirt for someone.
  14. Would definitely take an AEW promo if it's not too late to be added to the drawing!
  15. New Warriors is such an obvious one. Outside of Nova and Firestar I don't think any of them have even been made, and Firestar is certainly due for an update. My personal vote will always be for the Squadron Supreme: Hyperion, Nighthawk, Power Princess, Doctor Spectrum, Whizzer, and any number of characters for that 6th spot. I would specifically want the designs from the Mark Gruenwald comic, but I'll take modern ones if need be. Just...not Supreme Power.
  16. LOL I didn't want to be the one to mention them.
  17. Solo? I feel like there were a lot of vigilantees avenging deaths in the 90s. It was a rough time.
  18. Aw man, I'm going to have to get those variations, aren't I?
