  1. LOL I will take this as a no. Well, if anyone wants a code hit me up, I've got four now I think.
  2. Those are by a Lego knockoff company; I have quite a few and some of them make really nice figures.
  3. It's funny, I was just thinking about these the other day (I think it was the Marvel Legends Crystar that reminded me about the fun of translucent figures). These were always so creative, and I looked forward to them every Tuesday. I can't believe it's been ten years!
  4. Fun fact: Crystar is actually owned by Marvel, and was created in house, and then was licensed out to the toy company (was it Galoob?). It's kind of a reverse ROM.
  5. It would be REALLY cool if Spider-Ham's head is removable and could then be put on Itsy Bitsy body....
  6. Spider-Ham! At last! I love it. 🥰
  7. Curios if anyone has migrated over to Bluesky yet; I am there and my handle is @kenraining.bsky.social. Mostly I chat about comics. Also if anyone wants to be on there I have a few invite codes, so reply here if you'd like one and I can share them.
  8. My custom Jonah Hex on an Indiana Jones horse: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cx3QfgQOkV6/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
  9. That is certainly a surprise. Nice to see Minimates for a new property again though; when was the last time that happened?
  10. WCW is owned by WWE, so that's not going to happen. I assume that DST's license is much like Jakks, in that they can do older looks for wrestlers from outside their WWE days (like they could do a young Chris Jericho from very early in his career). Theoretically I suppose they could sign old wrestlers to merch contracts and produce some kind of a Legends of Wrestling line, but I can't see how that would be cost effective. Luke did a whole series of custom WWF Minimates; you should look at that thread if you haven't. That's as close as you're probably going to get I'm afraid.
  11. Danielson is more slowing down than he is fully retiring, though this is probably the last full year of his career. 😢 He actually just said in an interview that he doesn't think he'll ever completely retire, but it might end up being years between matches. I think he's likely to transition into more of a backstage/occasional performer role in AEW. Jay Lethal is an interesting choice; I suppose you'd need to make a box set of that whole motley crew.
  12. How is it we are making a wish list for Minimates from the women's division and none of you mentioned Jamie Hayter? For shame! My ideal choices for the next box set (assuming Sting and Darby is a separate set like the Bucks) are Danielson, Swerve, Starks, and Hayter.
  13. Zach might I humbly suggest you consider THE AMERICAN DRAGON BRYAN DANIELSON????????
  14. He's one of my all time favorite performers, and that's not going to change, but boy oh boy has his conduct over the last year been detrimental. Anyway, can't wait to get the next set and Orange Cassidy!
  15. I was browsing around Amazon and I saw these sets; I can't quite tell but I bet they would scale well with GI Joe Minimates: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/327359CB-F3FF-4A7D-85CB-199A0821240D?ingress=2&visitId=c6ed2041-5a65-44a3-8bcf-400056e8d833&ref_=ast_bln
  16. Getting a Spider-Ham Minimate will be a dream come true.
  17. *runs to Luke's Toy Store to make sure he preordered this set*
  18. For the record, I went to see Oppenheimer (very good) and will not be seeing Barbie for personal reasons (my name is Ken).
  19. Curious where the Multiverse came down on this all important cultural weekend.
  20. I'd do this again. We should all go to Luke's house and sleep in the Toy Store. 😄
  21. Ohhhhhh that's a great one. I made them all a few years ago, but I've never been satisfied with them.
