  1. Anyone know how to edit animated .GIFs? I've seen some pretty cool edits of .GIFs of animation from Marvel vs. Capcom, but it's just a site where the images are posted, no contact info.

Basically, what I'm looking to do is a Civil War banner (kinda like Webhead's) with an existing .GIF. I just want to put the animated picture I saved online into the "Civil War: I'm with..." border.

    Anyone know how?

(As for the obvious question, I asked Webhead, and unfortunately, he had saved that banner from somewhere else, and does not know the person who created it.)

    Thanks for any help offered.

  2. Just when I think I'm already screwed out of any chances of seeing even one Maximate, Luke has to go and do a Ross cover. You b*st*rd.

I had originally thought to do the cover to Dark Knight Returns, but then I saw the thread in the DC forum where everyone blasted it so I didn't expect to get many votes for it.

I realize it's simply a matter of opinion...

...but who in their right mind "blasted" Dark Knight Returns!? ...Strikes Again, I can understand (though, personally, I like his artwork better in the sequel), but DKR!?

It's beloved by billions of comic fans. Do you honestly mean to tell me the only comic fans that somehow dislike Miller's seminal work coincide here!?

I can honestly say I'm baffled.

KG, I'd still love to see what you had in mind for it...

  3. Enjoy!

I love how with a simple flashlight off camera I was able to make GR's flame seem to generate the light for the picture. I'm usually pretty humble, but I'm really proud of that. The only thing I'm not happy with is Wolverine's right arm. But, in order to get it as high up as the cover, I would've had to Photoshop it in, and I wanted to keep as much photo-realism as I could get. You'd be surprised as to how little Photoshop I used for this. The only graphics I copied & pasted were the "Death 'Neath New Orleans", "Wolverine vs. Ghost Rider", and the cover price, number & Comics Code Authority approval. Everything else was me.
