DC minimates were the last line of DCDirect I was purchasing anyway. So my DCD purchasing is on hold by default right now Brewer needs to be flogged. If DCD is too chicken shit to get behind DC mates, then let someone else have the rights to make them (DST) and let DC/DCD get licensing fees from it. Would that be possible?

Marvel minimates dead or continuing? If continuing, was the license renewal "tweaked" to allow 2.5" mates? If dead, what are the reasons for not renewing?

Well, I just got into minimates so I"m probably missing quite a bit that I want (not going to collect all of them, only the ones I want and strictly 616 classic when possible). That being said, I need the following" Giant Sized Xmen set Dr. Doom Silver Surfer Thanos Green Goblin Did they ever make a Phoenix or standard Beast (perez-ish) or Angel with feather wings? If so, I need those. If not, I anxiously await their inclusion into the line at some point.

I'd buy the Kellog's minimates. But I'd prefer General Mills (Frankenberry, Count Chocula, Boo Berry, maybe they could do retro Fruity Yummy Mummy, and Fruit Brute too)

New guy input here. I've historically been more of a Marvel guy, but the tide is changing somewhat. I'm just now getting into minimates and already have more DC than Marvel. I am an Avengers guy and am glad to see the next couple of waves featuring them. BUT, until Marvel works out the kinks of their infamous "license" and gets to use larger bodies for larger characters, DC will continue to kick their asses. Bane, Croc, Ares are already picking on my Thing and Gray Hulk Can they not re-evaluate that portion of the license since their competition is using a new "gimick" and begin doing the same? So far, that is the main downside to me getting into minimates. I'd love to do a Marvel/DC display but it would look rediculous. Stupid midget Hulk, Thing, Juggernaut, and Abomination

Thanks for the input. I wasn't aware there was a flea market. I'll post some wants and see what kind of response I get. I hope I don't get TOO frustrated with trying to locate some of the older stuff. I have found someone willing to part with an Iron Man and Dr. Doom already so I'm off to a decent start.

Hi guys. I'm new here and to minimates in general. I"m trying to play catchup with some older Marvel stuff and need to find prices so I don't get burned. Are there any online price guides? I don't have regular access to mags like Toyfare and such so online is my best bet if possible. Thanks and I hope to be around quite a bit going forward.
