Sorry, that advert for the creature from the black lagoon statue at the top of the site has me thinking a lot about this recently, hehe. If they did this it would more likely be a one shot box set kind of deal, which is probably the perfect format. In the box, I'd like... Dracula Frankenstein The Wolfman The Invisible Man The Creature from the Black Lagoon (gilman) Bride of Frankenstein The Mummy I would be so ecstatic over these. Anyone else on board?

So the Avengers box set came out and I have what I feel is pretty much the best comic book version of Green Hulk as we're going to get, and I'm pretty happy with it... however, the arms. How come we're not getting arm/fist accessories like The Thing does? Same concept, but green, would make Hulk Minimates SOO much better. What doesn't AA/DST just do this already? It's confounding.

While we're talking about redos, how about a new Rhino? The old one is, to be honest, quite pathetic... now that we have bulky arms and power hour chests and the kind of stuff that went into making Movie Abomination, we need a suped up Rhino I think.

Hey all, So the human torch minimates (both johnny storm and original) come with their own fiery base, which is cool... but what about all the other 'flying' characters like Angel, or Dark Phoenix, or Wonder Man, Iron Man, etc... is there anything you use to keep them 'suspended' when on display? I was originally thinking about maybe taking the 'fliers' base off of heroclix and using that, but it seemed kind of silly... is there anything else you would recommend or have used yourself?

yup and yup. Also... as much as people complained baout how he looked in the movies. a 2-pack of Green Goblin (SpiderMan 1) and Dock Dock (SpiderMan 2) could be cool. We have pretty much every other character from the SM movie in the SM3 set, might as well complete it with these villains as well.

Well, I wouldn't worry too much. At the pace they are going, we should get another 10-15 Iron Men by the end of next year for you I would be willing to put money down on us getting Ultimate Iron Man. . . Which they might as well then release it as a 2-pack with Iron Widow, since it was essentially the same exact costume but black, and when you remove the helmet it would just be Natasha's face.

I agree with all of the above, especially cause I would love to see what they do with Falcon's wings, since they are different than the type of sings they have released this far. All the others would be great too. I would add... Just cause it's been too long since this kind of thread, when are we getting better versions of Green Goblin and Dr. Octopus? I was shuffling through my tub of minimates for good old times sake again... and these are both so darn plain. I won't be happy til we have a more detailed, slightly creepy goblin WITH a glider, and a Dock Ock that actually uses the bottom 2 tentacles as his "feet" with the main minimate suspended in mid air. I just find it weird that we're getting a Skaar (Son of Hulk) Minimate BEFORE a Planet Hulk/Green Scar/King Hulk (whatever you want to call it) Minimate... No one else thinks that's kind of backwards? Honestly, the Hulk I would want to see most would be a gray Hulk in the style of Tim Sale's version in Hulk: Gray.

But... I've seen all kinds of statues and toys and weird stuff come out in previews, they couldn't all be from hasbro could they?

I don't get why though, I mean Lucas seems to be a merchandising whore as of late, why wouldn't he go for minimates? He did LEgo Star Wars for godsake. *sigh* I just really want minimate versions of stuff... minimate vehicles for Star Wars, unlike DC C3 I think would sell great... could you picture a minimate scaled At-ST or X-Wing? That WOULD sell...
