I got lucky...over the 4th of July weekend, went to San Diego and found myself a Betsy/Lockjaw set and HulkBuster IM/Gamma Hulk set. Then today got my wave 36 from cornerstore comics and IM2 Mark VI/Rhodey packs from TRU online. What a minimate haul today!

Hey guys I'm going to ask for help as my TRU hasn't even gotten in the last set. I'm willing to pay or if you're looking for any previous TRU sets or Ghostbusters, Battlestar, let me know I'll hunt them down from my OldTRU. I'm just looking for one Hulkbuster Ironman set and one Lockjaw set. Thanks.

Has the wave shown up at comic book stores? I know my lcs missed the last wave of marvel minimates, so I don't want to miss these.

I'm only 26 but my favorite team of X-men is the originals. My introduction to the X-men was the comic series Professor X and the X-men, which was a wopping .99 cents. It did modern versions of the first 17 issues of the classic X-men comics. Someday I will get those comics custom hardbound. If you haven't read those comics you should, they are in the same vein as Untold Tales of Spiderman.

Hmmm...maybe a Justin Hammer under that Drone armor? That'd be pretty cool.

So I was bummed that I never got my e-mail telling me when and shipping. Yet today when I came home there was a box from AFX with X-men minimates in it. They are awesome. Good luck to some of you in your next mail delivery! Will post pics later, too tired.

Well I enjoy the movie, but yea the Director turned into a mega d-bag after a little success. Guess since I'm Irish and have a taste for justice, I'm skewed towards liking the film. Plus, you all know how toy hunting is.

Damn. So I finally broke down and got the WW2 Wolverine/Final Battle Deadpool and BD Wolverine/Gambit off of ebay. It hurt. Then my girlfriend headed out of town to San Diego and scored them for me. If only I waited, damn.

Some of the west coast had a problem with the orders making it in time for shipping. So Diamond Distributors will be sending the Ulti'Mates (huh? great pun!) with this weeks shipment of Wolver'Mates (huh? ok I'll stop)

I do this too. Every time I look at a cover of a comic I look to see if I can recreate it. Right now I'm looking to do Art Adams' Classic Marvel Poster since we'll be getting classic X-men.

I went to afx twice and bought a gaggle (thats right) of minimates and was never asked if I wanted a fanboy key chain. Of course I forgot to ask too.
