Golden Age Blue Beetle (Dan Garret) w/ Modern Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) The Flash w/ Captain Cold The Question w/ Captain Atom (perfect variant opportunity if they wanted one) Golden Age Green Lantern (Alan Scott) w/ Vandal Savage (even though Solomon Grundy does seem like a more logical choice, I'd really rather see Vandal Savage)

I haven't read issue 7 yet but i like it so far. The first arc was a bit too predictable but I'm excited to see where Brad Meltzer can take this series and I can't wait to see what he does with Geo Force. I'm also very excited for the JLA/JSA crossover.

Oh man, there's one store on that list that's about a half hour away from me. All the others are at least two hours away. Oh well, road trip Friday, I guess.

So, I've been thinking about collecting the BSG Minimates and I was wondering how limited the chase figures are. I'd really like to be able to get two Ginas because I'm looking at the picture of it and I think it would be great for a custom I'm thinking about attempting. What I would really like to know is, how many two-packs are in a case and what's the chase figure ratio per case?

I found Alternators Ravage and Rumble a couple days ago. I'm hoping this isn't the end of the line as these are really nice and I'm happy to see the inclusion of a non-sports car (Honda Civic).

Well, considering they've done a few "secret identity" type pieces, I wouldn't be surprised to see an extra head piece for Martian Manhunter if they do him. Of course, they may just go with his new look, which would be awesome. Also, I like the Flash/Captain Cold idea. Heck, they could probably do a couple rogues only sets with the Flash and Batman villains. I won't be holding my breath for those but it would make me insanely happy.

The ones I'm looking at are from eBay. I'm more interested in the Batcave right now and that's the first I've seen complete since I started looking. All the others were sans figures. Oh, and I just looked in the seller's store and found the three Mar.vel two-packs that I just saw at Target today for $4.99 each listed at $35.00. Maybe I will wait for a bit. If anybody could point me in the direction of a more reasonably priced Batcave set I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks, everybody!

Yeah, it's US dollars. I seem to remember the Stealth Batwing being a convention exclusive so that doesn't seem horribly unreasonable to me. How much was the Batcave at retail?

I'm looking at picking up the Batcave and Stealth Batwing C3 sets. The Batcave set is $39.95 and the Stealth Batwing set is $29.99. Are these decent prices for these sets?

I've been thinking about tracking down some Marvel ones, too. I'm mainly a DC guy as far as my comic book reading is concerned but seeing as the DC Mates have started some sort of need for these little guys, I might try to find a few of the more iconic Marvel characters during the break between DC waves 3 and 4.

Heh. I completely forgot he was included in that wave. With all the JSA characters, so far, I'm sure it's just a matter of time until we see a Golden Age GL. Maybe they'll even pack him with a Vandal Savage. Ooh! I should totally put that in my list.

I saw that. You do some amazing work, sir. I'm currently getting ready to try my first custom ever fairly soon. I've just been doing some preliminary experimenting so far (testing out paints, techniques, and such). I'm just hoping my stuff looks relatively close to my intent.

Good news for me. I just found out that there's 20 comic books coming out the 25th that I buy. My average is 12 books per week. I'll certainly be able to spread out the paycheck damage now.

It certainly looks like it's Hector. I have got to find some decent hair for Blue Beetle. I'm very disappointed that he didn't come with any after seeing the awesomeness of the ones that did. I plan on getting an extra one so I can display him both ways (if I can find some hair I like, that is) and I plan on shaving off the holster on one of them.
