Gotta say: I have noticed a little hostility on the boards as of late. But I did not think it was too much of a problem. Then again, I'm not a moderator so I don't know what it's like to deal with it on that level. I think most people are getting it. And yes, sometimes even the VETS need reminding. This place still feels like the home-iest place on the net. And like Tim said, it's way beyond just MiniMates for me at this point. Mods = do what you gotta do. Everyone will follow suit I'm sure. You know ... I wish. Hasbro is a little tricky with their assortments on Titaniums. It's really hard to put up pre-orders on these particular items. I know that we will carry these in some capacity. And I really wish that Hasbro would get on the ball and release a wave that was JUST Battlestar ... re-release some of the older ones. If they did that, pre-orders would be more likely. So overdue ...

Thank you so much for taking the time for us DST! 1) What is the full story about the Resin Display Stand? Is it 100% cancelled or are there other plans for it? From what I've been told, it is cancelled with no plans to resolicit and no plans to make it. 2) I understand that it might be difficult to get Hasbro to let you produce plastic toys of their characters. You must know that folks would love Joe and TF MiniMates. Is this 100% undoable or is it still a possibility? 3) I also know that Palisades did Buffy Palz. BUT they are no longer a company ... so can we please have Buffy MiniMates? 4) What about your other licenses like Stargate, Serenity and Office Space? Stargate and Serenity seem like PERFECT matches, and Office Space just SCREAMS for a one-off playset. 5) Just watch: Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness is going to be a HUGE book ... why not think outside the box and do an AOD / Marvel Zombies wave or set? You have the licenses to both and obviously the 2 companies want to cross promote. You'd really knock a lot of people's socks off with an item like that. 6) PLEASE get funky with the summer con exclusives ... we need some good 'mates over the summer. (see #5) I might think of more later ... I'll just add them in. THANK YOU! Xy

Man, they are beautiful. I have all of the basics x2 ... one open and one in-package. I also have the deluxe Battlestar Galactica. It is so awesome ... but still in-box. And I'm really looking forward to the Cylon Titanium figure. Definitely one of my favorite lines to collect. No Star Wars ... just BSG.

Sorry about all your troubles cdubya ... we weren't picking on you, I promise. We had to cancel all pre-orders on the display stand. Got word from Diamond Select that they will not be resoliciting the stand and it will not be made. I have no idea what happened there ... we actually had a LOT of orders for these. I was definitely going to get one myself too. Maybe they have some other plans ... Oh, and on topic: both. I was a HUGE fan of BSG when I was a kid. Just got the box set for Christmas so I've been fiddling with the Classics while I've been catching up on episodes. Quite literally feel like a kid again. And the Moderns just rool. I can pretty much say that any BSG 'mates that come out, Classic or Modern, I will definitely get.

I was thinking ... there would be no way for you to figure it out except for process of elimination. Glad you liked the loot ... TAKE SOME PICS OF THOSE CUSTOMS! Xy

Oh boy ... I may be wrong. Ady may be right. I just heard from one of the reps at Diamond that there was the plain one. So there may be 4. !

Just wanted to bring up a fact that some of you may not know ... There are TWO versions of the Cylon Elf. ... Yes. I said two. There is the bloody version which is for retailers and the clean version used sent to people like Diamond Distribution employees. If you look at the few on eBay you can see that there are 2 versions. (I think two of the auctions up right now are the clean version) So yeah ... happy hunting. Xy

As much as i love this line up, I feel like it's destined to be very temporary. Maybe not as temporary as the GR / Hulk / SM / Logan FF was. ANd man, I'd love a BP 'mate (many of you know that already) and a modern Storm would rule as well. But WOW! So many titles crossing over: Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Black Panther ... could get pretty confusing.
