So, do we know what the case break down for these is going to be for the LCS wave(s)? Will it be a Marvel vs Capcom situation with 2 complete sets/4-3-3-2 break down? Or will it be a DC minimates/custom case situation where each case will have 3 complete sets? Or something else entirely? Zach? Thanks!

NOT gonna happen! Ruffalo won't be in IM3. It would be a waste to have him cameo, since Marvel has not stated he would be part of the main movie. And by saying it would be a waste, I mean financially on Marvel's part. The ONLY way it could happen is if they negotiate a separate contract for a cameo which does not count towards his 6-movie contract. He's one of the biggest break-out stars from Avengers, and he'll sell tickets. Ruffalo (and his agent ) know this, so a 7th movie appearance will be quite costly for Marvel. Maybe, if IM3 doesn't do as well in sales, we *might* see IM4 with a Banner/Hulk team-up. But as for your guesses, you have Marvel using up his entire contract before Avengers 3!! There is no need to have him in IM3, Cap 2, OR Ant Man. They could easily use him for both an Avengers trilogy and a Hulk trilogy. For IM3, I was thinking a sparing partners scene, where Banner is helping Stark test out a new Heavy-Hitter Armor. You know, in case Hulk goes crazy or if Blonsky returns. It could be an opening scene, a la X-men 3, or an after credits cameo. Cap 2 (or 3) seems almost obvious. Cap is the original Super Soldier and Banner is cursed from trying to replicate the results. Cap may hold a key for curing Banner and possibly subduing Blonsky. Ant Man, for me, made sense from a scientific stand point. Pym was not big enough to even get a cameo in Avengers, he needs one of the mains to sell his movie into the Marvel Universe. Stark may appear as the owner of Pym's lab, but Banner could be a lab partner. While I see your point about not wanting to waste the 6 spots as I laid out, maybe the cameos are not included in the 6 and don't demand the same multi-digit figure. Jackson was signed for 9 films, right? If you count cameos, he is already to 5. Hopefully the cameos are fan extras and don't count against the contracts. And I find it hard to believe he could pull out an individual trilogy, making Hulk movies count 4 with all others as 3. Just MHO

I was thinking about the best way to handle the belt issue from a marketing stand point, and I am wondering if it would be feasible to put an extra Lion-O belt, with a non-removable tampo, in one of the next 3 sets. Kind of like the Halo Prophets, where the last one fixes the first two. After all, if you pick up the first one, you are more than likely to get the others. And if you get one with an extra Lion-I belt, you are more likely to hunt down this one (if you don't already have it). With this wide spread of an issue, I would think something more than an email to CS may be required. I do not have mine yet, but am hoping I do not goof it up befor getting some clear cot paint on it. EDIT: Typo

Whether wave 49 or not, I am hoping for a Bruce Banner/Movie Hulk Buster 2-pack from IM3. Tony did leave with Banner at the end of Avwngers and Ruffalo is supposed to be in 6 films (My guesses: IM3, Cap 2, Ant Man, Avengers 2 and a Hulk stand-alone). For 49, I am hoping to see an alternate Avengers themed wave: Hank's Mighty Avengers Young Avengers Resistance Abengers Avengers: Initiative New New Avengers Pick one and complete it, please

I am super happy with this line-up. Blue Ghost Rider and Songbird were the ones I wanted most in their respective categories. I am not unhappy with Cyborg Spoderman or Onslaught either. Zemo is cool, and I have thought he and this variant were a good idea for years. The only one I am not imterested in I'd the army builder, but I will get a couple anyway. I hope the runners up, particularly the 4 Captain America picks make it into the TRU wave. We should do these more often!

Not to argue, but don't the pills themselves have a unique coding printed on them. So, in the event they get out of the bottle, they are still identifiable. You can then get out your handy copy of the PDR and find out which pill it is.... Don't you mean Caprica?

My LCS called yesterday to tell me that Battle Beasts #1 is arriving tomorrow. He told me that the Stealth Vorin is not shipping with the comics. He also told me that if I want one of the 10 copy incentive covers I have to $6 for it. Am I getting screwed? Does anyone else know if I should be getting the variant cover (1 or 2 copies) included? I appreciate his assistance with obtaining other mates, but I hate feeling like he is constantly trying to screw me over to make more money. Thanks for any info you'll maight have, O6

Regarding TRU shipping: most, not all, of my orders have shipped well. Only once did I get something in a bubble mailer; beat to s#!t. All the other orders were boxed, some had more packing than others though.... For Kingpin, mine had his upper leg coverings on backwards, but he did have two different pieces. I thought it was obvious because of the little chip out of the lower portion I figured was to allow the knee to bend.

According to DST, this Vorin is the stealth version, not the SDCC or W1 version. Very happy I am getting one! Regarding Zik, the purple wings are from the Ghostbusters Theatre Ghost. He also has X3 Juggernaut's helmet, most likely showing how versitile the line will be when one can mix and match pieces with other mates. Great pics!

So is that actually the statue tank? Or is it a different version? If it is the statue, I may have to ask Luke to stock it....

Found a full peg of these at my TRU in Madiaon. They also had one case of Marvel 13. I picked up two of these. One for what they are and one for parts. Soooo many parts.

Not having read AF, would the robot head be better in the TRU exclusive vindicator? Just wondering which I should pick up an extra set of.

After seeing the art, I am actually hoping that Iron Man and Cyclops get left out so I can pick up multiples of them in runner-up 2-pack form. That way, too, I would be forced to pick up Colossus.

Zach, with IM, it does not appear that the armor will attach to the head. Does that mean the under helmet will not have a hole? It would be nice to give Hulk-Buster his helmet back and have a proper Bleeding Edge helmet.

Maybe they will have his adhesion be more like static electricity and if he concentrates real hard he can expand it past the soles.

Okay. What is the Agent 88 promo? Where was this announced? Thanks. And since I don't know which Expendables you refer to, there is the sets out now as well as the just revealed Expendables II box sets (LCS & TRU). And as mentioned above, the TRU AvX poll box set. Also, we still await the release of TRU KITT and the TRU pirate ship (Spanish, I think) And, while unknown if we will see any this year, there typically is a NYCC exclusive.
