Who the heck is Gunther? You mean Gruntos? DId I miss an in-joke? Everybody at TRU is a re-deco, but the level of re-deco will vary. the Heroes' armor will be metallic, most likely, and the bad guys will be different colors entirely. Not sure of case breakdown, but the two-packs SHOULD be: Vorin/Tan Scorpion Merk/Brown Tarantula Gruntos/Green Snake (POSSIBLY tan) Moose/Bat So you can just buy the new two, or you can pick up all the awesome re-decos. No joke. Just lack of sleep and a poor memory. Gruntos, whom I love in the comic, was who I meant. And thank you again for the line up. I am definitely looking forward to all of these, both versions of everyone. I just need to come up with the money and space to justify at least a case each from TRU and Luke's. We really need a UPC incentive program for minimates!

I think the previous posts sum this up well, but the scale discussion mainly depends on how you plan to display the vehicle with the mate. DeLoreans are the perfect example of this. The Welly 1:24 scale DeLorean looks awesome for shots of minimates standing next to the car or to recreate the movie posters. Marty, however, will not fit inside properly to drive it. The Sunstar 1:18 scale is way too big to have with minimates, other than Marty actually looks good driving it. He looks a little small, but it works okay. As far as the Winnebago, I am contemplating a size to build it out of Lego bricks. Legos are often what I use to display with my minimates. The Lego Batman Tumbler from the first run of Lego Batman sets, with minimal modification, fits a cape less minimate Batman. Anyway, it really depends on what you think looks good in your display. Thanks for the case break down, Zach! Now, a follow up that may have been answered already but I forgot: what is the TRU assortment? I know we are getting different colors for some (all?) of the LCS beasts and there are no humans, right? So will it be: LCS Vorin/beast color swap LCS Merk/beast color swap Gunther/Snake color swap TRU exclusive beas/beast pack Or will Gunther and the Snake be paired with the TRU exclusives? Or a total swap-a-roo? Thanks, Zach. I am trying to determine the easiest and cheapest way to amass an army of snakes.

I would hope that any redone Carnage would come in the exact same color red. I would definitely want to be able to add any of the "bulked" up pieces to the original and a different shade of red would ruin that IMO.

Zach, Do you know what the LCS case breakdown will be? I am hoping/thinking it will end up being 4-4-2-2 with 2 each of the human/beast packs and 4 each of the beast/beast 2-packs. Is this correct? I am trying to decide how many I want to buy from my LCS. Thanks for the info! O6

Any word on these? (The Stealth Vorin?) I never got a call from my LCS about him, but that does not always mean anything....

I would think the puppets would be more like Silver Surfer in the TRU Galactus pack. Maybe with "strings" and a handle or maybe with real string!

For HISTK, what if they did Select Scale too? That way the Minimates could be the shrunken versions and the Selects could be th unshrunken. They could even do an 11-inch bank of the kid from the second film.

The Hobbits (and Gimli) used 2-inch bodies. The Humans, Wizards, Elves, etc. used the larger 2.5-inch bodies. Or were you meaning a new 1.6-inch scale? That would be cool.

Will you be able to sell the 2-packs, Luke? Like the ones that were not "purchased" through Kickstarter? I am trying to decide if I want to open mine or keep them sealed. Many factors to consider.

Too cruel! Err... Too cool. I was really hoping these were coming with a TRU tie-in of the modern GOG. I did think it was off that there was no Badoon army builder though.

With talk elsewhere in this forum, it makes me wish for an extra head piece for all slip-on mask characters. It would allow different options for display and possibly encourage a double buy from people to display both. All Spidermen (edpecially potential one-offs like Miles and Iron) and most Iton Men (Herioc and Worthy) would be greatly improved by this. I would not even mind seeing it once or twice with Cap, DD, or Iron Fist. Make it happen, DST!

Anyone else notice that MODOK's so fat he doesn't fit in his box? Ba-dump bump. Scored these and the Halo wave 5 yesterday at my TRU. Also found a DKR Catwoman! Great day

I tried it with the Bucky Cap from the Heroic Age box set. I guess I will have to find a different one. Thanks for the awesome pics!

@Zach: The hole on Hope's poncho/cape is large enough to hold her rifle. The rifle peg is the same size as the jet pack peg. The jet pack has a hole opposite the peg, which is not large enough to hold the rifle. The hand gun Hope comes with has a hole too, not a peg, to fit on her leg holster. Trying the jet pack hole on a Cap shield holder, the hole is too small. At least when trying the holder on Bucky Cap. I wonder what the future will hold for this piece....

I have a spray clear coat I intend to use. I got it back when Luke first released his zombie kit to secure those guys and it still seems to work. Thanks for the info Shogi!

Did you Sharpiw all three pieces? Or just coat the character pieces? I am hesitant to open mine until I know I can devote some time to coating them.
